My vehicle was involved in an accident and deemed undrivable. This company was called by the police to clear the car from the road. The driver's behavior immediately escalated an already stressful situation. Extortion and Refusal of Service: The driver was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I directed him to the mechanic I wanted the vehicle towed to, he outright refused to move it unless I paid $200 cash immediately. After just being in an accident, I did not have that kind of cash on hand. Because I couldn't meet his extortionate demand, they unilaterally towed the car to their private storage lot instead. Astronomical Fees: The next morning, when we contacted them to arrange pickup, the bill to release the car from their lot was suddenly OVER $700. This is an astronomical, non-consensual storage fee that serves only to hold accident victims hostage. We had to involve our insurance company just to force the release of the vehicle. Theft: There was $80 in the center console that upon pick up was no longer there. While there is no way to prove that this occurred while in their possession as it was also towed off their lot by my insurance company... This company clearly employs drivers and staff who have no ethical standards. They prey on people in vulnerable, post-accident situations. Their drivers are rude, and their fees are excessive. They should have their license revoked.

They put the van on a flatbed, drove us back to our senior living facility and lifted my husband (well over 200 pounds) out of the driver's side and pushed him into the apartment. I am having it repaired there and they have been very helpful. I have not seen it yet, but am being kept up to date with the progress. Is 0 stars possible?…read more I went to this place by accident after confusing it with universal auto body (who does a solid job by the way), to get my brakes inspected. After telling me they were going to waive the diagnosis fee, they took three hours to diagnose the problem and falsely told me I needed to get multiple different things replaced, costing over $2800. After telling them I was going to try and get a 2nd opinion, they charged me $180+ just for the diagnosis. I am now getting it fixed at another place for less than $1000. These guys are thieves!
