The prices are higher than most places, 2.50 for the smallest washer, 4.75 for the medium size and 5.75 for the largest washer. But the worst thing is they only have FOUR (4) folding tables. You literally have to either throw the unfolded clothes in your laundry bag or take the clothes out of the dryer and folding the clothes in one of the rolling carts. Also they advertise Free Wifi but it doesnt work. Im very disappointed and will never use this place again

I had went to a couple cleaners in RB for tapering and this was one of the few places that did it without hesitation, other places said they couldn't do it because of the pant style and sticthing ( which is BS, my coworkers use the same style of pants and get them tapered all the time). Anyway, the people here seemed efficient and took my order right away. Maybe it was the tapering or hemming or perhaps the location which is in a high volume area but they said one week! Is that normal? I don't think so. It was a little pricey too, maybe I'm just used to VA prices for cleaners but it was like 65 bucks for three pairs...at least they dry cleaned them as well. Overall? This place didn't sell me as a repeat customer....seems a little pricey and them job was okay...will prolly look for another place for my tailoring needs.

When I asked to speak to the manager the owner replied that he was in the one in fact who cleaned my coat and that they threw it in the washer machine and that's it. He said "the driver, Mike" will call to arrange pick up. He called a few minutes later, I told him to knock/ring and I'll get him the bags. I brought two of the three bags out and popped back inside to grab a third. When I came back, the bags were gone. No knock/ring or "hey, can I take these?" Nothing, just gone. Then 2 minutes later I get a text from some other named laundry company, telling me I have to Venmo or Zelle him $48. WHAT???? He hadn't even had time to weigh the bags. I had spoken on the phone to TWO men. They said nothing of any of this. They were changing the terms of the agreement. I called Elio on the store phone line, or so I thought. He then told me he sold the company to Mike the driver, and deal with him. He said that he is just doing the laundry work for Mike, but it's Mike's company now. Then he told me he isn't in the store, or even in the state. I tell him I don't like deal being changed, and I don't have their payment methods, and to just bring the bags back. He told me I will have to PAY THEIR MINIMUM, $25 to get my clothing back!!!!! When I objected, he started mouthing off to me. I hung up and called the local Police, who sent a car over. They took care of it. The infractions were clear: - They took the bags without notice (not even all the bags I had) - They changed the agreement after the fact. - They tried to create an illegal bailment with my property.
