Through Freeway insurance signed me up with infinity Kemper insurance tried canceling through them that was covering my auto policy,said I had to go through Freeway insurance to cancel. Now I'm getting a $188 from Kemer infinity insurance. NETHER would help me. Now Kemper infinity insurance sent to collections to ruin. My credit. My next step is to State of Texas attorney General. Rates have always been relatively fair, my complaint is not with Progressive itself. It is with the agent. She does not return your communications, whether by phone, email, or fax. When you are able to pin her down, she is condescending, patronizing and provides no help. She informed me she has a "very large book of business" which must be great for her, but as far as I'm concerned it's so big she can't keep up with her clients. I feel like if its large enough that she can't handle it all herself, she should be hiring someone to help her clients when she is away. When I questioned her about a billing issue she told me that she was not the one who is billing me. BUT her name is on the bill, and says to contact her with any questions. Obviously willing to write the business, but is hands-off when it is a problem she doesn't want to handle. I hope she figures out customer service soon so she can keep that very large book of business. I am so glad I got my policies out of this office. If you're a believer in getting good customer service, especially with how much we pay for insurance these days, keep your distance.
