I called to schedule a drop off to have an issue diagnosed. This will run you $179 unless it takes longer than an hour. I was greeted by Jacob who was pleasant and informative.He guided me through the intake process including sending pictures and keeping me informed as to what the issue was.There were two options a temporary fix that may last a while but may not.I decided to go with the more expensive fix, as I have my family on the boat and don't want to take any chances. I needed a new gimbal bearing and new bellows ($2300).Jacob was there every step of the way.I had one issue and Jacob made sure to resolve it. They use an online system to keep you informed and also to bill you. I haven't put my boat in the water yet but will update when I do.Would recommend. Location is clean and well kept.

Ted has no idea what he's doing and returned my boat to me in worse condition than I left it. Destroyed my fuel line, and didn't replace it (was in perfect working order when I dropped the boat off), parts and his trash were all over the boat when I picked it up. Quoted me a price for work and said they had to do more than expected but never called me to verify if I wanted to put more money into an old motor. When I questioned the price he accused me of "complaining" - Sorry dude - if you weren't a terrible mechanic, that takes a ridiculous amount of time, people wouldn't question your bills. Items were replaced and tampered with that didn't need to be. He is clearly price gouging and taking advantage of people. Changed all my spark plugs when they were brand new! Didn't like being called on his antics by me. He was rude, disrespectful, and legit vulgar when I picked up my boat. This dude is an absolute fraud and should not be in business. DO NOT take your boat here. I know options are limited in WNY - but literally go ANYWHERE but here. The place looks like a junkyard and you'll find your boat in a junkyard if you let this clown touch it. He has no idea what he's doing and this was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Ted is a horrible human and his work represents the kind of person he is. He acts like an entitled idiot as if the customer owes him something. I will be contacting the BBB and filing a complaint as my boat was not anywhere closer to working order when it was returned and he doubled the original quoted bill... AND I had to clean up his trash. Absolute joke.
