My Wife and I have been camping for well over forty years. Started with a tent, couple of tent campers, travel trailer, 5th wheel and now decided to move to a Class A motorhome. Well as you can imagine the Class A motorhome is way different than anything we are used to. Driving down the I90 at 65 MPH is ok until a semi passes us. When it does pass it wants to push our rig to the side of the road. After some research I decided on the Safety-T-Plus steering stabilzer to help resolve this issue. I emailed the manufacturer for a recommendation regarding a good place to purchase and install this for me. Bison Fleet Specialists was number one on their list. I worked with the service writer Zach to setup an appointment and he ordered the correct stabilizer for our application. While our motorhome was there for the install I asked if they could perform a NYS inspection, check the front-end alignment, and correct if necessary, and adjust the headlights. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. In short, this was the best vehicle repair experience I have ever had. Prompt response to my Yelp message, accurate quote once given my VIN. I was hearing a grinding sound from my front brakes and wanted to get it taken care of immediately, of course I immediately got nervous about the cost and getting taken advantage of. I don't know a lot about cars. The quote was reasonable, and they got me in right away, the staff was helpful and friendly. I got my brakes fixed (front, rotors and pads), inspection, and oil change. I was in and out in literally an hour and a half, and the owner actually showed me exactly what they did on my car when it was up on the lift! So honest, pricing is so fair (I got 3 other quotes and Bison was $100 less than the cheapest, just on the brakes alone), the customer service is phenomenal, and it is a clean, comfortable environment. This is my new garage to use, no question. My husband just went and had an oil change and inspection following my great experience ...same thing. Great prices, fast, exceptional service. read more

Honestly the best experience I have ever had at a auto repair shop. My car didn't pass inspection because it needed two new outer tie rods replaced then an alignment in order to pass and I had four shops quote me at around $400 to do this... Bison Vehicle Repairs did it for half that!! Thanks to their voucher and coupon I also saved $55! I found them here on yelp and messaged them Thursday evening and the shop owner, John, immediately responded and the next day I was messaging with him on here and I dropped my car off around 12:15 and then the owner drove me back to my work downtown by 12:30, he was so personable and deeply cares for his customers. At 3:30 the general manager, Shawn, called me and offered to bring my car back to me at work downtown and ended up parking it for me in the parking lot I use for work. I had problems with my vehicle so I went online to search for the best reliable place to get my car repaired. Bison Automotive was the first thing that appeared in my web browser. So I clicked on it and continued to proceed. I got their information and eventually had my be be hole dropped off there for repair. It was on a Friday and they had my car ready that following Monday. They addressed the mechanical errors in my car all at a reasonable price. I forgot the one guy's name in the front office but he was very helpful and help me get everything straightened out. In all honesty I would recommend them to anybody their service and experience was what you want. I will be returning my car in the near future for further repairs. read more

I used Bison Fleet Specialists aka Buffalo RV Repair at 1615 William St Buffalo, NY 14206, in April 2017 for NYS Inspection, alignment and added a steering stabilizer to my 2015 Tiffin Breeze RV. Best experience that I have ever had with an rv repair shop. They installed the Safe T Plus stabilizer perfectly , and adjusted it as needed . They worked on it right away and had it back in just 2 days, even with getting the wrong bracket from their distributor. Will be using them again for my next project. read more

Replaced 2 ac units on our RV. They were able to get the necessary units ordered and installed though it took a bit longer than expected as they had to do some "rerouting " of the drain hoses to ensure everything worked as it should.
