They subcontracted Charlie Lynch of Lynch Mobile Mechanic Service. During the job, Charlie broke off his cobalt extraction bit into the bolt hole and left the job incomplete. He gave his word that he would return to fix the issue but strung me along for over 10 days, then blocked my number and ghosted me entirely. I reported the issue to InstantCarFix.com, but they ignored it and provided no support. I was ultimately forced to bring my vehicle to a professional shop, where I paid over $800 to correct the damage caused. Dishonest, unprofessional, and financially damaging. I do not recommend either Charlie Lynch or InstantCarFix.com. Save yourself the time, money, and stress--go with a reputable, accountable mechanic.

If you're unfamiliar with what tile installers look for when installing your tile .. they look for "80% coverage" for interior installs. If you look at the photos, you'll see I've used a marker to identify the areas which actually contacted the bottom of the tile. This is, at best, about 40% coverage and .. exactly why these tiles Pino installed keep breaking. Also, if you look at the lines left behind by the trowel, you'll see that they are anything but straight lines. This doesn't allow the air trapped under the tile to escape and creates air pockets .. which ALSO are the reason this job is trash. Look, even if you don't trust the words I've written here .. I mean, I get it, you don't know me from a ham sandwich .. just Google anything referenced in this review and you'll see that everything Pino did on this job was substandard at best. If he actually finishes a job for you and it looks okay, you can be assured that just a few years down the road, you're be paying someone else to rip it out and do it again. Stop giving this man your money. He is a huckster and is woefully undertrained. His ego won't allow him to tell you what he doesn't know or understand so, he'll either whip out some horrific attempt at solving your problem or he'll talk you into doing it "his way" .. which he will also do a mediocre job at completing. I showed Pino some photos of the space and my current bathroom floors and counter tops all of which I wanted to keep in place. Within 10 minutes we put together a plan with the samples he had right in his store. We set a time for him to come over to my home with the samples so I could see how they looked in my space. At first I was unsure of how using glossy porcelain, Italian marble and quartz would look all together. Pino has a very good eye for this sort of thing, he reassured me and got it right the very first time! I was very pleased. Early November demolition started. By mid November the Tiles were up and there was one small issue I expressed with Pino and he immediately had his tile guy fix it. So finally everything was done except for the Measuring of the floating glass shower doors. Right before Thanksgiving, the shower door contractor came to measure. I was made aware that this would take a little time. Two weeks before Christmas I expressed to Pino that I expected these doors to be delivered and installed before Christmas. That afternoon he let me know that the doors would be in on the 24th and could be installed the day after Christmas on the 26th. I said ok. So the day finally came and 45 minutes before I was expecting the shower door installer to arrive the contractor called to explain that nothing that was Ordered, glass or parts were correct. I was not pleased. Fast forward 2 weeks later and all of the correct glass and parts got installed. And guess what!? It looks Beautiful! I am giving Dolce Casa 5 Stars! I have learned that this kind of Home Renovation takes patience and an understanding that there are many moving parts involved. Thank you Pino!

Do not let them replace tire sensors. I used them to patch up a nail in my tire and,…read morecoincidentally, about a week or so later all of my tire sensors died. I rely on my tire sensors so when they said they could replace them, I let them. $300 later, the sensor light never went off even though they said it would reset itself after I drove it a few days. I had to take my vehicle to a dealership for a different issue. They offered to replace them, but I said I had just had new ones installed. They said if they weren't made by the car manufacturer, they would never work right. Concerned, I called Tire Town and they said the "dealerships always say that" and to just bring it back in and they would fix it. I had to take off of work twice to try and let them fix it. On the last trip, they told me that "these sensors are fickle...change with temperature...aren't worth the trouble." Then WHY did you recommend I get new ones?! I live on a fixed income and I did not have $300 to waste. If you can't guarantee the work, then don't do it.
