He says he repaired knobs and settings but after the 3rd time he admits the truth when he asks me "are you sure you aren't just turning it off?" Wow! Really? I've only been using washers for 20 something years and this washer for a year! Genius suggestion, dude, considering I just love having you show up with your kid at random and NOT fix anything or TALK to me like I'm stupid and don't know how to operate a washer. Then, he calls and says...the motor is going out and overheating and suggested I replace the whole washer...hmmmm. So now my clothes have been sitting in still water almost 2 weeks and he is "getting back to me". Oh, and I returned home to him moving my detergent and laundry items to being placed on the ground so my entire washing area and parts of my back yard are dirty and will require cleaning...not to mention I will now have to replace clothes and cleaning items. I hesitated, because I wanted to do my homework on their work. Needless to say, I eventually went into an agreement with this person against my gut feeling. First it took him about an entire week almost to drain my pool, (that should have been my first clue). Then when it did drain, he did not start on my pool for at least a couple days. He did finally do a once over chlorine wash, which I said well ok; now we are getting somewhere. Acid wash was supposed to be next, but after the chlorine wash he just kept on delaying and telling me his equipment broke, it is too windy, and just excuse after excuse. Long story short, this person took me for my deposit, did not finish the job, and I finally told him to just come back for his equipment as my pool was empty without water for well over 2 weeks almost 3. I should of gone with my gut feeling from the get go, but well here I am now with a bad service, hardly any communication... Well I guess he got a good payday for just draining my pool, a measily chlorine wash and no effort to make it right...I strongly advice against using this company, because once he gets your big deposit, he will make up excuses and will not finish the job!! That's what I get for not going with someone licensed!!

The technician immediately became rude and condescending, stating he didn't "take me seriously" because I wouldn't commit on the spot.
