Called them and they responded promptly to repair which I assumed was free but after the repair they charged me over $300 stating it was a flashing leak. So I paid them. On Christmas eve 2025 it leaked again in the same 2 places they had repaired in January causing the same interior damage again, I called and Eugene said they would be out 12/26/25 to take care of it. They never showed up and never called I attempted to call but got no answer. I guess once they have lots of your money you are of no priority to them. Don't trust them. I ended up having it repaired by others.

Then they used a saw on my front porch, saw dust everywhere they just left that, didn't even attempt to clean it. 3 men came in and out of my house for 3 days on my new carpet, no tarps, I had to shampoo my carpet 4 times and they still look like crap.i won't hire them to complete the job, they want another $870 to drain and remove my hot water heater to get to the corroded pipes. He'll no, I could just imagine the mess that will be left. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
