I dropped my 2 shirts off on a Thursday evening and since I wasn't in a rush I kept it to the basics and was told I could pick up my shirts on Tuesday afternoon. The employee working was extremely friendly and walked me though the process. Another cool thing I liked about this place is that on top of giving you a ticket with the date on it, they also shoot you a text when the items are ready for pickup, super cool service! I stopped by after receiving a text and it was ready on Tuesday like I was told. I was super satisfied with the job they did and will absolutely be coming back here in the future! They lost my expensive and sentimental veil in the process. When I received my dress back, someone else's was in the box. They did their best to remedy the situation by replacing it, but overall my veil is missing forever. I wanted to leave a review simply because I am so heart broken over this whole thing. If you need things dry cleaned, that's fine, but I wouldn't trust this company for something like this again.

The owner was in the back working, and he ran right out to greet me and ask what I needed. Such a sweet, happy guy. He was able to get the clothes back to me, looking fantastic by the way, at the exact time promised. His prices are also great. Decent sized parking lot, but it looks like people just pull up at the actual front door to run in and grab their things. I chose to park along the side. You're in and out in minutes, and you'll feel glad for supporting not only a locally owned business, but a great person in general.
