They lost my expensive and sentimental veil in the process. When I received my dress back, someone else's was in the box. They did their best to remedy the situation by replacing it, but overall my veil is missing forever. I wanted to leave a review simply because I am so heart broken over this whole thing. If you need things dry cleaned, that's fine, but I wouldn't trust this company for something like this again.

I had an interesting situation unfold today (pun intended) at Connie's Laundry. I arrived with a…read morefriend who needed to pick up an order of table cloths from an event she had serviced. Due to a mix up on the venue's part, this order had accidentally been brought to Connie's, laundered, pressed, and folded without directive. At first, the manager Chris expected payment in full for the service, but once the situation was explained he comped the final bill. I, too, am an event planner and often need to outsource a linen service for table cloths, napkins, skirting, etc. I would wholeheartedly recommend working with Connie's in the future. It is refreshing to see industry professionals work together to take care of each other. In this situation, Connie's took care of the little guy...and as a result, has gained customers for life.
