As a couple who wears scrubs and a uniform to work we never really took good care of our clothes. Then we got a super nice comforter that the dogs also liked. We dropped it off and the staff was amazing and even gave us a deal for being a first time customer! Then it came winter time and all of my sweaters smelled and I signed up for free pick up and delivery! No Remembering to drop off or pick up THATS THE WORST PART OF DRY CLEANING (at least for me). I also enrolled into automatic pay at the end of the month. They just email me my invoice and it's withdrawn from my account. Some months it's $0 and there's still no charge. My husband and I did have a mix up between ourselves about picking it up vs having our beloved comforter get dropped off. I called them a few weeks later asking about it and I got the best customer service I've gotten in VERY long time. They re cleaned my blanket and dropped it off! I will never, ever take anything here again and will make sure my friends and colleagues never do either. I dropped off my wedding dress in early December to be cleaned and was told it would be about 6 weeks. They never called to tell me it was ready for pick up, then when I picked it up they had thrown out the nice purple fabric garment bag I brought it in, and gave me plastic... when I asked about the bag the managers response was "oh I don't remember this was dropped off in Dec...." Then I noticed the belt was ripped off in a couple places, which I know were not there before. There was no dancing at my wedding, I was a pandemic bride. Again, the manager didn't care and suggested I could pay them to have it fixed. I told her no, I'd take my business elsewhere. They didn't care how important of a garment they were working with, and it shows. read more

I moved a month ago. I had the home pick-up/drop-off service. They had picked up my shirts the day before we moved. I called them the day we moved to tell them the new address. The next week they delivered my clothes to a neighbor in our old neighborhood, who did not even live on our old street. They delivered our neighbor's clothes to my old house. The new owners called me to pick up, what I thought would be my clothes. So, I went in to the store with my clothes the week before last and gave them my new address again, but said please just hold my clothes and I will pick them up. Well, last Wednesday they delivered my clothes to the house I move out of a month ago. So, if you don't care about your clothes, go to this place, but you may never see them again!! Good luck!! I called 5 times today to ask about a service and pricing, each time the employee answers says nothing and hangs up! Why would I even waste anymore time when they cant even answer the phone professionally and politely! There are 3 other dry cleaners on Main I can give my business too I suggest avoided Arthur's Executive Cleaners. I would be happy to change this review if I get a response that there were phone issues but it sounded clearly like someone answers and then hanging up! read more

Absolutely pathetic! Piss poor performance and customer service. Your better off washing your clothes in mud! I returned 4 times on a simple stain that Was still there. 2 minutes if my own time and it came right out! If your looking for your stuff to be cleaned look elsewhere! Absolute joke! read more

Amazing customer service and great prices on laundry and dry cleaning! My husband travels a lot and we both hate to iron. I love taking his clothes to Arthur's, they do a great job cleaning his stuff and they even put everything on individual hangers and bags for me so when he's traveling, I can just toss his stuff in the bags in his suitcase and it's ready for him at his destination. They charge a very reasonable fee for this level of service. My husband is a really big guy and I've taken his things to other cleaners that want to charge a little extra because of the size of his garments. Arthur's never complains about how big his shirts are, they just do a great job of getting his stuff travel ready for me. My favorite thing is they offer same day service on cleaning if it's there in time (I believe 9am is the cut off for same day service). So when my husband just casually mentions, "Oh, I'm going to DC overnight on Wednesday" and it's Monday night, I know I can take his stuff over Tuesday morning and get it back Tuesday night so it's ready for his flight on Wednesday. Great dry cleaning service! The staff are all very nice and professional. If you go there a couple of times, they will remember your face. Great find in Clarence! read more

Nate, the owner is an ABSOLUTE waste of time. Had issues with shirts coming back with white starch stains, he claims he inspects before delivery which is a crock. Jen the other partner of the business makes you feel your issue is important but in the end is just a complete blame game and a runaround. Don't waste your time as losing customers obviously is not important neither is resolving customer issues. If your clothing is important to you....find another cleaner who cares about their customers. read more

Truly disappointed. I have gone to Arthur's Executive Cleaners on two occasions and both times I had a poor experience. The first time I sent in several items and one of my dresses was returned shrunk. Several months later I went back for the second time and brought in a trench coat that I needed cleaned for a business trip. I went in three days later, when they said it would be ready, and they could not find the coat. I was told to call the next day to find out where it was and they again did not know. They told me that they would check the rack and that I would receive a call back within the hour. Two hours later I called them because I had not heard back. Three days later I finally received a call that they had found it at one of their other locations. Ultimately, I had to buy a replacement to take with me on my trip, the coat was four days late and they still charged me full price. Very inconvenient. read more

Arthur's Executive Cleaners (Evan's store) came to my rescue when I shrunk a wool jacket intended to be worn by a friend for her funeral. I was frantic and the woman who waited on my was very understanding and helpful. She said she would send it out and they would try to stretch it to size. I picked it up the next day and it worked out great!. The family was happy and I was too as well as relieved. I have used Arthur's cleaners before and would highly recommend them to all. read more
