I couldn't find their hours on their website, it was pretty early in the morning and we were tired. A mistake. We can order the sticks online but not the bacon. We just ordered plenty of sticks. I selected some brats, snack sticks that were refrigerated, unlike the quick sticks at the store and some jerky. Snack sticks were excellent and similar to a local butcher shop near my house, however the jerky was awful. Hard and tooth breaking, it also emitted some fat/lard after opening the bag. It may have just been a bad batch but not sure I would go back just based on that experience. I have yet to try the brats so will update if I think they bring the grade up. Friendly staff though! Will consider giving them another shot and hoping it was a bad jerky batch. Posting some pictures of the jerky and packaging. White stuff is all oozed out fat after I opened the package.
