Hardee's has weirdly become a staple on all road trips for my partner and I, so this Hardee's that sits near the intersection of 231 and 431, is in the perfect place for a quick stop on our way to and from Panama City Beach. We have been to a variety of Hardee's across many states and they are certainly hit and miss when it comes to service, cleanliness and condition. We were pleasantly surprised with this location as the interior was clean, well kept and in great condition...even the restrooms. Service was also on point, a we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door, and the time from order to ready was just a few moments. The food was your standard Hardee's food. While the onion rings and fries were fresh and hot, the sandwiches were not as much. And those prices...$24 for two meals now, Hardee's what y'all doing!? My past experiences with the franchise stores led me to try a different burger for comparison. That was a mistake! Double cheeseburger was very dry. I wouldn't order it again! Alot better than Burger King , McDonald's , somewhat better than Wendy's ( more lettuce and thicker tomato slices ) . Probably a little more expensive but worth it . Stopped in on my way out of town from working. Figured a quick hot breakfast and be on my way. Chose to use the drive thru. Wrong choice to make this morning, 3/2/20. Had to repeat my order TWICE at the drive thru and then a THIRD time when I got to the window. Even after repeating my order 3 TIMES they still managed forget some items. Now I can understand if I had an accent or used broken English but I spoke perfect plain English. According to the receipt they understood everything I said so someone please tell me how in the hell you can forget a combo item like hash browns!? The receipt is as follows: Number 10 Frisco breakfast sandwich combo-Lg with an orange juice. 2 Pork chop n gravy biscuits, 1- Bottled water and 1 Plain buttered biscuit. How hard is that? They are demanding $15 an hour yet they can't even get a simple order right! Start getting paying customers orders right and then maybe you might get more per hour in pay. In all my 40 years on earth have I EVER been called a dumb a$$ through a drive thru speaker till today when my wife and I stopped in to get some lunch. We both ordered a hot ham and cheese combo I ordered a Coke to drink and my wife wanted a Root Beer. We were informed "We ain't got no root beer dumb a$$" so my wife asked for sweet tea. We got our food and drinks and went on our way. Only to find We had one sweet tea and an unsweet tea. Never will we ever go back to this location. Came in with a party of 4 on 03-14-15 at 2:15 pm. I'm with my family traveling back from PCB. We aren't ones to usually complain, but our experience is worth noting. Upon arrival our children needed to use the bathroom, and unfortunately we found out to late that the restrooms where out of toilet paper and paper towels. After receiving our order we found that the Dr. Pepper, Fanta Drink, and Iced teas where all out. Another note at condiment station was that the ketchup and small ramekins to put the ketchup where also whipped out. As for the food everything came as ordered, however my Frisco burgers bread was as flimsy and in toasted as white bread fresh out of the bag. Now with all this said I can understand that if they where understaffed or just finished with a big rush theses things can happen. But besides our group there where only a total of 4 other patrons in the restaurant and there where 7 workers there from what I could see. read more

Ordered a Frisco burger and asked for no mayonnaise and no tomatoes. When I received my order it had no cheese and mayonnaise, and I told them it was wrong but they acted like they didn't care so I just got my money back. Never going to Hardee's ever again. read more

If I could give this NO stars, I would. I was recently there and told an employee that one of the soda's was empty and she yelled, "DAT AIN'T MY JOB". Well, why couldn't she inform the person who's job it is and change it for me bc it was the only one I like. I had to get something else. And the whole time, she was complaining very loudly about all the hours she works and did nothing but make me determine that I was NEVER going there again. I thought about reporting her but it is probably the only type of job that will hire her. Also, another Hardee's I was at recently would not accept my PAPER STRAW WRAPPER through the window to throw it away for me so I am done with Hardee's and all fast food chains for that matter. You are met with absolutely nothing but nasty, rude, trashy employees and anyway, it'd do America a whole lot of good just to do away with them altogether anyway bc they do nothing but make people fat and sick. I'm usually not the type to complain about a fast food restaurant because let's be honest, it's fast food. But this Hardee's shouldn't be considered fast food at all. It should be considered slow food. I waited in the drive-thru menu for 10 minutes before anyone even came over the system to help me. Understand that there were no other cars in line, just me. Again, let's be honest, no one goes to Hardee's for dinner. Their breakfast is bangin' but name the last time you thought "Dang, I really want Hardee's for dinner." But I digress. Once I get to the window I wait another 10 minutes for my food. I ordered a lowcarb thick burger (that comes with no bun, I'm cutting processed carbs), I received something entirely different, it had like mushrooms and bacon and stuff. Not even close. But what really got me, and maybe I'm overreacting, but when I go to pay they hand me the card reader through the window so I can check myself out. I didn't pay $10 to do a cashiers job for them.
