Overall I prefer this place over Zaxby's. It's locally owned which is awesome. They have grilled chicken tenders which Zaxby's does not have. That's the number one reason I'll pick Goldfingers over Zaxby's. They also have a wider variety of food than Zaxby's. Today the grilled tenders weren't hot, just warm unfortunately. The fries were hot and fresh. The toast was soggy on the bottom but the flavor was good (better than Zaxby's). Always friendly service too! read more

My husband and I use to eat at Goldfingers on the Montgomery Hwy in Dothan quite often. But after this past weekend , not anymore. They no longer will serve you unsalted fries. Its not just to get hot fries its about the fries being way over salted and you have to knock off the salt and wipe them off with napkins. I have hypertension and I can't eat the salty fries and my husband is the same. So the way I see it people with blood pressure issues can't eat there because of this and I know we have been getting no salt fries for over 5 years. But we won't ever eat Goldfingers again because the CEO decided to stop the no salt fries. Thats ok there is still more chicken places to eat read more

This location is not owned by the same owners that run and manage the other locations. This location has dropped the food quality much lower than normal standards of the other locations. Basically don't judge other locations on the poor quality of this location and simply skip this spot and choose one of the others and you'll be much more satisfied. read more

Really good for a quick bite! Wish we had these in Florida! Menu isn't huge but the food is delicious! You order at the counter and if you are dining in they give you a number and bring it to your table. The fries are perfection!! The cheeseburger was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The Goldfingers at cotton wood plaza sold me a 50 pc burnt chicken nugget, this was Saturday night and they are closed on Sunday's. So I call today (Monday) and was told there's nothing they can do. I order from there a lot. And this was a $40.00 order for my birthday and I will never spend money there again. Some of the best deals I've seen especially the family type combos and the food is even better.

The food was better than their competitors, in my opinion. Prices seem a bit higher than competitors, but I found service adequate but not friendly or welcoming. I was of the opinion the young lady who took my order didn't appreciate her job or role. The place was very clean and pleasant. Dothan Troy football fans, beware. This Goldfingers will not honor their coupon on your downloaded printed at-home football tickets. I attempted to use the coupons this afternoon but was told they would not accept them. I asked for an explanation but wasn't given one. I asked to speak with a manager who seemed willing to let me use them but was quickly persuaded not to by the blonde-haired cashier. So she called the owner, who said no once again without any explanation. They finally said only small pre-mailed tickets were the ones they would honor. So It doesn't matter if the tickets are less than two weeks old. With a September 2023 date printed on It doesn't matter that the tickets have my name on them. It doesn't matter that I showed them the email from Troy Athletics with the link to download the tickets But these tickets were good enough to get my family in the football game but not good enough for Goldfingers. Goldfingers, how are Troy fans supposed to use the online tickets they purchase with your coupon? Goldfingers, If someone buys Troy football tickets online from Troy Athletics, the only option is a digital download or print ticket at home. So your coupon is valueless. Thanks for advertising a worthless coupon for most Troy fans who purchase tickets online. So how much would it cost Goldfinger to honor their coupon? a whooping $16.78 Could I purchase what I want to without using the coupons? Yes, but it is the principle of the matter. Stopped for dinner on our way to the beach for the long weekend. MISTAKE We should have taken notice when as we were ordering and two orders were returned as being served cold. Or perhaps we should have left when they refused to substitute coleslaw for the fries. Maybe it should have been when the chicken wings were so dry I had to leave them uneaten on the plate! BUT what really sent me over the edge was when I went to the ladies room and it was filthy, clearly not having been cleaned in a while-- More importantl however , was the little sign on the soap dispenser saying Out of Order! Now I used the Purell in my purse, but just think, how did the employees, all of whom were women from what we could see wash their hands after using the restroom? HealthCode Violation??!! Door dash would not post my review so I decided to post it here. If they don't know what's going on it can't be fixed. So I waited well over the deliver time for my order. I was contacted by my dasher who apologized and informed me that he was there waiting for my food but they weren't acknowledging him. Finally they did and he let me know that he was on the way. After reading all of the great reviews for Gold Fingers on the local Dothan forum, I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed! I ordered the fried chicken finger platter(you can also get them grilled), the chicken fingers were cooked golden brown, tender and moist and seasoned perfectly. I could honestly say they are the best chicken tenders I have ever eaten. It came with a side of french fries, they were just plain old fries, nothing special. The tenders came with a very tasty secret sauce and their honey mustard was awesome. I also ordered the corn nuggets, they were also cooked to a golden brown and were delicious. The staff were very friendly and fast. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are craving good ole American comfort foods! This restaurant is part of a growing chain, hopefully as they expand they will maintain the same quality food and service. read more

Thank-you for Goldfingers! I have eaten there several times and the food is always cooked perfectly. I have brought my parents who are in their 80's and they agree. It is a very clean establishment and the employees are friendly. The chicken tenders are moist and steaming hot when pulled apart for dipping in the variety of sauces! I ordered their burger recently and was very happy!! The spices used in this moist burger made it special. I also love the coleslaw with just the right amount of pepper!
