Drove in and someone directed us past the drive thru line to circle the building just to get back into the drive thru line. Took us about 8 minutes to get up front to order, where there was a nice young woman taking the orders. The line went fast after that and we got our food from a very nice gentleman and went on our way. Got home and was excited to see how this food compared to their neighbor and competitor. I got a pancake combo with eggs and sausage and my wife got a bacon and egg biscuit with a side of gravy. Off the bat I knew the pancakes were going to be bad, something about the look of them. I was very right about that, they were dry and just fell apart with no real taste to them. Eggs were ok and sausage was good. Wife's sandwich looked a little flat but she liked it. While waiting for the delivery, a customer spilled and entire cup of coffee. It was a lot of coffee to mop up and then wipe down the splashed on booths. An employee came along and with a mop, got it all, all the while joking with those of us eating. And that mop was a real sucker-upper as she did the mop job on three mop drains.
