AVOID THIS HARDEE'S AT ALL COSTS. I went through the drive thru, gave my order, and upon pulling up to the window the lady laughed in my face and asked again what I had ordered and said she forgot to send it to the kitchen. After an extended wait, I received a sloppy bag of cold food. I still gave it a try, and my first bite of my sandwich was greeted with a long strand of curly hair. This place was better when they emailed coupons. Their app does not have good deals on it and post pandemic, the service is up in the air. Google states that they open at 5 a.m. on Sundays and clearly, they are not open. Hands down the best Hardee's experience I have ever had. I ordered a double monster thick burger and it was genuinely one of the best hamburgers to ever grace my lips. So this Hardees has been in location for a good while! It's really cool that they are open 24 hours a day 7 DAYS a week! So I had there Hot Ham & Swiss and it was Great , it was fresh made to order with an awesome bunn . There was a big line when I Arrived, but to my surprise the line moved very quickly . Now the twist of my visit . When I was leaving my car stalled and broke down in the parking lot ,urg. So I proceeded to talk with the employees that were working and asked if they minded if I left the car for a bit till I could get it towed ? AGAIN TO MY SURPRISE THEY WERE SUPER FRIENDLY AND SAID YES THATS FINE ! I have been a fan of Hardee's in the past. This location was clean however the customer service was the some of worst I've experienced ever in a fast food restaurant. The staff was just hanging out on their phones and acted like we were interrupting them. These days I can't go to this Hardees without spending way too long in the drive thru. When in a hurry it's usually best to go across the street to Wendys. That aside, today I was with someone who requested I drive thru to pick up dinner for them. That 2/3lb monster thick burger sure looked good. So later I decided I had to have one too. But when I went to eat it I found I was missing an entire meat patty. Really? They say you don't get a second chance at a first impression... but when you do, it's unbelievable that you'd mess that up too. You can't waste my time waiting only to waste my time going back to fix such a ridiculous mistake. Maybe I'll try going here in about a year to see if it's better... Normally I enjoy Hardee's despite the price but tonight it was just gross. We got two double hamburgers and when we got home we found more grease than anything else. The wrappers were shinny! I had to use all the napkins and then some just to soak up the grease. I took pictures and tried to send it to them and complain but their "comment" form online is not working right and it won't let me send. So I aired my complaint on FB. After I drove all the way back they replaced the burgers and gave me a free apple pie. 1 dried up old pie for an extra half hour of my time. Here's the kicker, the burgers were still wrong. This morning was the last straw. Drive through is always slow and I try to allow for it. This morning is spent 17 minutes in the drive through and thee were only 4 ahead of me. Was late for work, got docked 30 minutes so was an expensive sausage biscuit. They need to realize that at that time, most people are trying to get to work and cannot be held up like that.
