Great food and fast friendly service! I got exactly what I ordered and the place was very clean.

We stopped here today around 1:30 for a quick lunch while driving through from NC to MI. The food was pretty standard Hardee's food, but the service was EXCEPTIONAL despite only having two employees working. The gentleman at the counter kept us informed as to how long our wait would be and offered us our hot sandwiches to eat while we waited for our fries to finish cooking. He even brought them out to us when they were done even though there was a huge line of people. Five star customer service!!! read more

This place is the damn worst! I ordered 5 breakfast meals while on the road through the drive thru. I get my bag and the hash browns are thrown in the bag not in the individual bags at the bottom! That's horrible one sandwich was missing chicken. I was so pissed but my husband didn't turn around. You don't just Throw people's food in the bag after they paid for it! Lunch time on a Monday, only 2 people working in the restaurant, one on the grill and one doing drive thru, registers, and delivering food to tables. No one in much of a hurry to do anything. I ordered a sandwich with no tomato, extra mayo. I got no mayo extra tomato, after I was instructed to drive out of the drive-thru and wait. It was raining and I was on my lunch break from work. I get it if there is a long line in the drive-thru but I was the only customer there at the time. I HATE tomato. The taste and smell make me nauseated. I won't eat this. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a food place. We go in and the place is disgusting right off the bat, every single worker in there looked half asleep and didn't want to be there except for only one lady who I assume might be a manager. We get the food and I'm missing a chicken sandwich, not a big deal so we go back in. I let them know I was missing a sandwich and the person at the counter was nice about it and let the grill person know, the old lady with short blonde hair in grill starts staring at me and you can see her arguing with the guy from counter. She puts down fresh chicken and I wait 5 minutes, again not a big deal I understand screw ups happen however, she begins to stare at me and look pissed off as if I was the one who screwed up. The chicken sandwich is finished so she sends it up but she says "here's the chicken for a second time"... I DID NOT get that chicken sandwich the first time but this bitch gives me attitude because SHE is the one who messed up. She's mad she's 60 working at a Hardee's for pennies an hour with no future so she takes it out on me who was polite the entire time and just wants an order fixed. At the breakfast "rush," the staff didn't notice several issues like the empty ketchup dispenser and dirty tables in a timely manner. How does one give a negative review. I went thru drive thru on 1/13/21. Ordered a frisco combo. Had to wait on order. Got order went to work. Opened up bag, fries cold and rubbery. NOw to the Frisco Burger, I ordered it no tomatoes add onions. Frisco suppose to have swiss cheese, bacon, tomatoes and bacon on toasted sour dough bread. Burger was burnt beyond recongintion, had yellow cheese (not swiss like it was suppose to) burnt bacon, tomatoes (which I didnt want) no onions (like I requested) and bread not toasted (straight out of the bag). The burger was something that they took off of another burger I'm assuming that was setting in the bin and had got old and cold. Cause when they took it off the hamburger bun and put on my Frisco they didn't get all of the hamburger bread off the meat and cheese. It was nuked cause the bread was hot and meat was cold. This Hardee's has gone down hill bad. People want $15.00 hour but can't fix order right. They was to busy outside smoking and playing around when I pulled up. Should have been my first clue to go somewhere else. Manager did give a refund but over the phone acted as though it was my fault. I took the pics of the burger which I could show them. read more

if I could give this negative stars I would. I swear it was like I was on a candid camera show. There were maybe 5 people in the place. Every single one of them either waited for 15-20 minutes for their food and/or it was completely wrong. Workers were yelling at each other......when we did finally get our food I was too scared to eat it. All I could think was we still had 5 hours to go and having a blowout on the highway(and I dont mean the tires). 2 groups of people waited 20 minutes then asked for their money back and another group ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a chicken sandwich and got 2 ham & cheese sandwiches.
