I'm so pissed traveling on the highway we stop to get a chicken sandwich and some chicken strips for my grandbaby. We get back on the highway the chicken burnt taste nasty and everything cold. We have a 4 hour drive so we don't turn around however I'm out of 20.69 and my baby still needs to eat. I'm trying to call but there's no number. So we stopped here cause it was off 95 while traveling. Food was good but of nothing like the pictures. The bbq western burger was ok but not enough sauce. Best thin here were the fries. Yeah pretty crappy staff and that's all you need to know. Beyond slow. It's not even busy and I've sat here so long that I'm posting this in the drive through. It didn't help that the drive through attendant had to apologize for a clearly off duty employee who was hanging out in the drive through window. 15 minutes after placing our order she hands us a bag with a somewhat correct order inside. Absolutely terrible Hardees. It started out fine. The cashier that took our order was friendly and helpful. Food took a long time, some was fresh some wasn't. The person who brought our food seemed to be in a terrible mood. Eye rolling, no greeting, just basically threw down the food. Had to go back to counter for stuff that was missing. Staff that was now at the counter was hunched over with her head on the counter. I said excuse me and let her know the ketchup in the lobby was out and asked for some packets and a fork. I moved into the area, and where I use to live that hardee's was good. This has to be the worst hardee's on earth. My food was cold (a simple burger with fries) it wasn't a big order and they had no one in the drive thru... so why did I wait 17 minutes for a burger, I also didn't get my fries. This is our first visit to a Hardee's. We decided to try it since they now have the all-natural burger. Nice to see "healthy" options in fast food. The burger itself was just ok. Not flavorful at all. Just tasted like beef. I'd assume that's how all Hardee's burgers taste. We also tried the Red Burrito's southwest chicken taco. Out of the three tacos we ate, only one had enough sauce to make it tasty. The rest were bland. They were also practically all tortilla with a tiny scoop of chicken and a couple shreds of cheese and lettuce. Rip off. Guess the overall norm here is no flavor. Fries are thin, which we liked. As far as the restaurant, it was surprisingly clean. The service was subpar - our food took forever - I think they actually skipped over our order. The workers were busy and not friendly or helpful. I was very pleasantly surprised by this Hardee's, despite the previous reviews. The facility seemed the recently decorated and the staff was very friendly. I ordered a 10ct chicken strip meal, and it came out pretty quickly and tasted fresh. My only complaints would be that the chicken was a bit greasy and the sweet tea was a bit watery, but an overall positive experience! Would definitely return. read more

If I could give it a 0 Star I would. Paid $21 & ended up walking out without any food after over 20 minutes. To start with the woman taking our food order didn't know how to work the screen and we did morning get a receipt. Then my dad went to the restroom and it was absolutely disgusting. There were 9 people standing around just looking befuddled, and they weren't even busy. There was food being prepared(extrememly slowly) but it was piling up while 4 girls just looking around not doing anything while people were waiting. The manager came out to talk to an employee sitting down, and winked at my dad, which was so inappropriate! Her employees were completely lost and she was just in the back doing whatever and yelling at her employees loud enough that people could hear her. She needed to come out and help her employees who obviously were not trained. I work in the food industry and I do no blame the employees, I fact I feel bad for them. This place is terrible. Came in and ordered pretty quickly, then proceed to wait an estimated 45 mins to receive our order. The ketchup container was completely out with no sign of being filled any time soon. When our food did arrive the employee brought it to the table and complained directly to us that he hadn't gotten the chance to start on the shakes; joking that if we were lucky they would come out soon. The food was short an order of fries. After another 45 mins the rest of my family finished their food, I lost my appetite when the food I'd been waiting so long for was completely temperate with no heat, so we went to get a refund for the shakes that still hadn't arrived. They were generous enough to oblige and return our money. This experience was so obnoxious. The kitchen appeared to be totally chaotic, the guy that handled most of our interactions was drenched in sweat, and the bathroom was disgusting. This was my first time going to Hardees and we were on a road trip. While waiting in line to order the cashier decided to stop taking orders for about 10 minutes while about 15 customers had to wait. When we finally got to order I asked for a milkshake but the cashier said that she won't make it because she once had an angry customer that threw one at her. I did not care about her stupid story, I simply wanted a milkshake. After waiting another lifetime for our food they messed up a few orders but we were too hungry to care. The incompetent workers gave my cousin a hotdog instead of a taco. How someone can mistake a hotdog for a taco is beyond me. We had to all sit in different areas because the seats were disgusting. I slipped and almost fell on the floor because the drink machines were leaking all over the floor. That being said the burgers are very good.
