I don't even leave reviews but this place is gross. I stopped by while on a road trip bc no chick-fil-a's nearby & to change my baby's diaper. As a former Zaxby's employee, I was appalled by the condition of this place. I was wary immediately upon walking in because the glass doors were dirty. Then I go inside and the place just feels unclean. I go straight to the restroom which smells like raw sewage and not clean & there's no baby changing table. So I walked right out the finger printy door back to my car and drove 9 mins to Side Street Deli where I had an amazing sandwich. I have been here several times, usually through the drive through because the speed of service inside is hit or miss. Occasionally they get the sauces wrong, but generally get the food right. This visit we got the Loaded Chicken Bacon Ranch Fries and a grilled Cobb Salad. Both came out fresh, quick and correct. Staff at drive through were polite. I'm sure we will return again. read more

New Year's Day, 2024 -- This is the single worst Zaxby's I have encountered in my life. Despite having at least four people working, this location had its dining room closed and locked. My fiancé, son and I then decided to use the drive thru. We spent 40 minutes in the drive thru waiting for our food. The restaurant said it could not serve many of its menu items: nearly all appetizers were out of stock, all salads were out of stock, boneless wings were out of stock, dipping ranch was out of stock, and the soda fountains were also out of commission. We ordered from what little they did have in stock. Then they proceeded to get every single one of our meals wrong. We requested extra Zax sauce; we received only two to share between three people. Because of the boneless wing outage, my fiancé asked for extra chicken tenders tossed in sauce to replace them; we received bone-in wings. My five-year-old ordered a grilled cheese; we received chicken tenders. None of the French fries were seasoned. They did not provide napkins or silverware. We filled out the corporate survey to describe this experience, but from the looks of recent reviews, it appears that our saga is like that of many other customers. Zaxby's corporate arm might want to have a frank conversation with this franchisee -- or consider more drastic action -- before this location turns customers off from the brand as a whole. read more

I was hungry for Zaxby's for dinner this evening. I decided while on my way home to stop off at this location to get something to eat. I waited at the front for about 7 minutes waiting for some one to acknowledge me and take my order. The lady preparing food turned around saw me but didn't acknowledge my existence as well as another preparer. I also saw the window server on her phone. When the lady finally took my order I made sure to say my name clearly but some how got my name completely screwed up. Then when they called the wrong name for the order I just shook my head and had to ask what was in the order to which before I left I asked for some honey mustard and Zaxs sauce and very unprofessionally she grabbed the sauce and threw it in the bag, not placed it in the bag. I don't think due to the customer service that this restaurant deserves any stars hopefully they can fix these issues. read more

I ordered the 4 piece chicken strips and I must admit they were the tiniest chicken I've ever seen. I don't eat much so it was enough for me. The food came out hot and fresh just not worth the money. The restaurant was dirty and need to have the trash taken out. The soda machine didn't work and they were filling the drinks behind the counter. I'm not sure how sanitary that is in their COVID era. Driving to Florida and stopped at this Zaxby for pickup. We made our order and selected curbside, paid for our food. Drove around the restaurant to find curbside parking but didn't see any so my wife called the restaurant. The lady told us that they don't do curbside pickup. Ordinarily I would have said thank you and found another place except we had paid for our food. Once we told her that, we asked her where she wanted us to go or park and she said we could go to the drive thru or walk inside. So basically curbside pickup was no benefit to us.
