From what I saw outside the drive-through window everyone was cheerful and it looked clean inside. The drive-though line moved at an average speed and our order was correct. Perhaps it was human error, but I blame substituting Cheese Whiz for the real thing. Foraged instead at the hotel coffee bar for lunchtime sustenance. Never again at Charley's!
