When I asked about the meal deal, I was told it was yesterday not today, which wasn't what I understood but OK. And then I told them that the Lane should have a cone in it if no one's going to answer the call box. The woman who answered the call box said the person who's taking the money usually handles that lane is outside taking money. I drive up and I said you know you should put a cone in that aisle that isn't being serviced that lane and he says to me I know nothing about that and I said well I just sat there and I had to back up and get into a new line. You should really put a cone there he said not my problem. I said OK then you're right. It's my problem and then he said you have the day you deserve and I said oh my God you too. He's a young kid with really bad customer relation skills. But then I look up on yelp and they're 1.9 so I guess that's what I can expect because nobody in that place is servicing clients. McDonald's you should go do a training.

Unfortunately, the only other potentially vegan option was their beyond burger. However, they didn't carry any vegan cheese or vegan sauces (aside from ketchup), which was disappointing. In the future I think I would get the beyond burger anyway, as it would at the very least have some protein. Everyone else in my party seemed quite happy with their meals, so likely their non-vegan food is great. Their coffee was also pretty good (and they had oat milk & almond milk available as cows milk alternatives). I will say, the marinated cucumbers were fantastic, and again, the prices were great. The fries showed up out of obligation. Everyone did the bare minimum and clocked out emotionally. Then I reached the register. I have never felt more like I was personally ruining someone's day by giving them money. The cashier had the energy of someone forced to work as punishment by a judge. Ordering food felt like interrupting her lifelong mission to hate everything. I've gotten warmer hospitality from airport security. I wasn't greeted. I was tolerated. Every word out of my mouth was treated like an unpaid bill. I asked for sauce and you'd think I requested a kidney. The silence was aggressive. The eye contact was a hate crime against joy. If bad attitudes generated electricity, that building could power the city. I left with chicken and emotional damage. Would I go back?
