Went through the drive through. Service was professional and prompt. Ordered a mushroom burger combo. Having just move to Florida I was unfamiliar with the Hardee's brand. Burger had an odd sauce like an adulterated mayonnaise. Don't know our this was normal, but i can only assume so. Will have to try more again. read more

Bless their hearts. They try. Rarely have ice or biscuits. Manager voice from back of house is snippy with front of house crew. The sausage biscuit and gravy are always good. Watch out for homeless in bathroom... they leave a gross mess. Well... I know someone got the wrong biscuit because mine was wrong. The lard tastes good though. read more

People seem to have all kind of grievances sometimes. This isn't one of those. For fast food, which was just meh. It was a comparable version of Burger King without the flame broil flavor on the burgers. The fries are forgettable. Stay far away. I ordered omelet biscuit only to find hair cooked in it. I went back and spoke with Jennifer who says she is the locations GM. She seemed to be upset with me that there was hair in my food and I wanted to call corporate. I made a statement that they should be wearing hairnets. She got snappy and made it clear to me that they don't have to. Not sure who owns the store but they need to clean house starting with the GM. She seem very angry and agitated. I just went through the drive thru here this morning. It seemed to move pretty quickly. The man taking the order was very brisk but I just thought he was keeping it professional. When I got the window he was constantly taking new orders. He did not say hello, he did not tell me my total, he did not say thank you. He took my card, handed me my food & drink & them my receipt all without a single word to me. Not even a nod or a smile. I understand being busy & just moving people through but in a world where these employees are demanding $15/hour, I think they need a few lessons on customer service. My food was just okay, the coke was really good. My Frisco sandwich had one slice of good bread & one slice of super tough bread. We had just left the Hospital in the area and was hungry so I pulled into Hardee's, I did not know it was 7 minutes to closing, with that said the crew that was there was more then happy to still serve us whatever we wanted off the menu , even tho they had started cleaning the food prep area and was ready to close , I was impressed with their service and friendly staff, the food was hot and fresh and good , the night crew went out of their way to serve us and did it with a smile , I want to Thank them for being professional and friendly even tho it was closing time , they took care of us and had no attitude about us coming in so close to closing, we will be visiting the area again and we will return each time we are in the area , Thank you all for making a couple of Senior Citizens feeling welcome even when it's late at night , read more

I finally stopped in this Hardee's location as I wanted a fast snack. It had been years that I quit going because some of my favorite food items were taken away. When I approached the counter I saw something I did not expect: there was a sign with a picture stating "The Strawberry Lemonade and Jalapeños Poppers are back!" It was just what I needed. I ordered both of them and they brought a lot a good memories, they both were delicious as they always were. The Jalapeños Poppers are made with cheese and jalapeños (duh), they were cooked crunchy in the outside and soft in the inside.and The store looks good, clean and bright. The girl with glasses who took my order was very nice and moments later she brought them to my table and asked me if I wanted hot sauce. Hardee's has a great breakfast mainly because they have wonderful biscuits. The biscuits are fluffy with just the right amount of salt. Good biscuits mean good breakfast sandwiches and even a cinnamon raisin biscuit with icing. If you're there around lunch or dinner time try their hand breaded chicken strips. We took a chance on these one time and they were great. Light and crispy, and the breading was delicious. Hardee's definitely raises the bar when it comes to tasty fast food. The restaurants themselves inside are pretty standard and the employees just friendly enough. Still worth a stop and our preferred fast food (well, Hardee's or Chick fil A). read more

7/8/19 After working 12 hour I just wanted to get a bacon cheeseburger with fries and go home and relax but when I got home I didn't have the regular cheeseburger ( I ordered for my puppy) so I called and Manager said no problems just come back to pick it up. When I sat down to eat my burger I took one bite and the meat was so hard it crunched, I could not believe someone would serve that sandwich to anyone. I hope the employee feels bad about what they served that they never will do it again. I called manger and she said they will remake another sandwich but after that burger I decided I didn't want another burger, I did get a full refund but I'm not sure if I will return or you check your food completely before you leave. read more

Good, friendly, and quick breakfast service. Restaurant is generally clean. My only complaint isn't related directly to service. Half the dinning room is walled in instead of windows, why? Where there are windows, literally EVERY window has a large sign decal completely blocking any view outside, why? I never write reviews but the experience I had here made me want to. I stopped in for breakfast because the line was moving pretty quickly and I thought this would be convenient for work. The lady who took my order talked over me countless of times when I wasn't even finished completing... I even confirmed my order with her because I thought there would be confusion due to her not giving me time to talk and she agreed she had everything right. I get up to the window, and the employee handed me the wrong size of what I had ordered and I calmly stated I had order a different size. Hardee's food is always reliably good fro fast food. I think they feature the only QSR burger made from grass-fed beef. Although I have come to terms finally after many years that they took my Texas Fries away (Tempura Jalapenos and Onions), This location is near a project I'm working on and I've been there several times because they have an excellent manager - Louisa. She is yet another proof that managers matter. The hospitality is excellent under her watch and she knows everyone and makes sure that the guests even get to know each other. Most managers think it's all about food and service but it's not, which is why most managers fail. It's about hospitality - things like your name, how you're doing, how your business is coming along, and how the kids are doing. Louisa gets it, although she is just being herself, I think, and that's what's so awesome about her. Most managers' countenances crack under the relentless duress of the labor shortages, the grumpy customers, and upper management that is often reliably out of touch. I waited in line for 15min at the counter with 4 other customers at 6:30pm. Not once did we see anyone taking orders at all, nor did we even get acknowledged by any of the workers. We walked out and went through the drive through because it seemed to be the only thing working at this place. Well, it wasn't really either. We waited another 15min before even moving in line. I had time to reserve movies and do online shopping while in line in the drive through. Wow guys. What happened to the "fast" part of fast food.
