Third impressions- single smash burger was nothing more than a "burger chip". Thin & crisp, McD's has more meat on their burgers. Asked for ketchup, never got it. Had dinner tonight with Antares as our server and she was phenomenal! Did a girls dinner two of us and twin infants and she helped make sure the babies were comfortable and fed first, helped clean up after them, checked on us frequently. All around amazing service! So they lost the Friday night guy and now have the purple and blue haired lady. Not friendly, makes a lousy Long Island iced tea. Served us bad broccoli it had black and brown spots on it. The Philly cheese steak was too salty. Not that busy and not good service I'm not going back unless Gary is at the bar and the weekday cook is there. Did not even get the extra menu. On Saturday we decided to to give ruby tuesday a nother chance ? First mistake was to go there second was to order the " deconstructed kabobs!" Ours came looking nothing like the picture in the menu, ours came on a small rectangular place chicken was dry and over cooked tasted frozen and the vegetables were limp over boiled at best! Im not sure if they changed it on there own or just don't care if people come back !!! That is it for us manager never asked us why we didn't eat it or what was wrong with that food, too busy hitting on the young blond waitress, but as i review this place nothing has changed still old reheated food thanks but no thanks read more

Really solid place to grab dinner. Their email list is worth signing up for, since they send out amazing deals each week. In this economy? Worth it. The food is consistent. One thing that we make note of is the quality of the fries. You can tell if the oil isn't hot enough, as you end up with a soggy chip. Here? Crisp, and without that taste of old oil. For folks who eat low carb and only eat fries and tots as a special cheat, you want the place that does them right. This is it. We have never had bad service here. The waiters go out of their way to make us feel welcome and accommodated. Genuinely great bunch of folks, and I really appreciate the way that they handle difficult customers with kindness. We have watched them time and time again turn a bad situation around, and we see that hard work. The only thing that loses them a star is the condition of the salad bar. It regularly looks like the hordes of Babylon have decimated it. I think this is a staffing issue, as the staff is generally busy with other tasks. However, since it's at the entrance, the salad bar can give the impression that the restaurant isn't clean when, in fact, the rest of the establishment is great. read more

Coupons are good and food ok. Recently ordered catfish and it was like rubber it was sent back and fresh cat fish brought out. Not sure if that was left over from previous day or what. Other than that service excellent and food good thereafter I got fresh fried cat fish. read more

Got seated immediately at lunch time which is very unusual for a chain restaurant this good. Server was excellent and the salad bar was awesome! So far from the salad bar that I took home the main course for dinner so you can't beat that for the price! Great for seniors especially good if on a budget! read more

Great service, great deals. Our server was amazing. The potato was eh. But I'm severely disappointed, they added Brussels sprouts to the menu which took out half of the menu for us. Have not been here in awhile, but stopping yesterday was great idea. The HOST was welcoming, restaurant clean , and server RICHARD U was fantastic. Was not sure " what to get" he recommended Cajun Chicken Pasta (w/ a kick of hot sauce) , great choice. Explained the choices for my Wife, she loved it. In fact she cleaned the plate, not often done. Very disappointed twice..... a week apart. Sad, because we have always had decent service in the past. We went at about 2:00-2:30 and the restaurant was nearly empty. We asked for a table, both times with MANY tables open. We were told that we could only have a booth because the sections with tables were closed! My husband can't sit comfortably in a booth due to a medical issue. If it had happened once, we would have thought it was a clueless hostess. But the following week we were told the same thing, different hostess, so store policy. Fortunately, Longhorn finally opened just up the road. Not ruling Ruby's out, just will never return to this one. read more

My husband and I went to this restaurant for dinner and we are leaving one star because the manager was absolutely awful and refused to make things right. My husband ordered fish and shrimp which were really good. I ordered a rare sirloin. The first steak that came out was closer to well done. Even the waitress stated that it 'was not rare.' She apologized and took it back. The second steak came out and was such a bad cut of meat I could hardly get through it. It was blue rare and stone cold in the middle. Again, the waitress acknowledged it was not good and took it back. I opted for the chicken instead. The chicken that came out was very good, but when we got our bill we were surprised we were paying full price. We called the manager over to speak with her about it. The manager first claimed that the steak that initially came out was, in fact, rare. She said they 'temperature checked it' and it was rare. She then said the second that came out was also rare but we sent it back for being underdone. I explained to her that the first steak wasn't rare and she argued with me about how it was cooked. I also told her the second one was such a bad piece of meat I couldn't even cut it. Half the steak was gristle. She refused to budge, saying that they 'charged us for the chicken and not the steak.' No discount, nothing. Not even an apology. I've never had a manager literally argue with me about how my food was cooked and refuse to even offer a small discount for such a horrible meal. The waitress was wonderful and felt that we should have been treated better. We will not be back. read more

I had a party of 11 on January 14, Tuesday. We came to restaurant closer to 5pm. I mentioned to hostess we had a nice size group and they kept pushing on seat time back. We were waiting over 1hour to be seated. No manager came to check or even try to fix the issue. Very disappointing experience at this Zephyrhills location. They should try to be more accommodating to bigger parties. read more

I am not usually into chain restaurants but I love this particular Ruby Tuesday. The salad bar is amazing there's about everything you possibly think that could be on a salad bar that's on it it's always fresh and well stocked. The burgers there but you always get are very good and very tasty. The service is always very good and friendly towards us we're always more than happy I gave them an a+ as far as service. Brandy the Saturday manager is also a wonderful person whenever I'm in town I will make stopping by this restaurant one of my regular places to eat. read more

Initially I was not impressed with the first few visits, but I wanted to hold off rating this place until I was able to get a fair level of exposure to this establishment. So this is an average Ruby Tuesdays with above average wait staff. I think they will continue to improve as we exit the covid crisis and they are able to fully staff to take on those peak hours where the true test of service is measured. I'll keep visiting and supporting them as long as they continue to adjust to the ever changing business environment. read more

Ruby Tuesday in Zephyrhills is fantastic, food is delicious, service is super, always neat and clean. Salad bar is always fresh. Service is always outstanding, Gared is a bar tender and server and is always great, we try to sit in the bar, but it's usually full if Gared is there. And we don't even drink! We went for dinner tonight at about 5:30. We were seated right away and knew what we wanted to order. Our waiter was talking to the booth behind us. He finished speaking to them and walked right by us. We waited a bit longer and a table of four was seated after us. The waiter went right to their table and took their drink order. We had not been acknowledged by him at all. We waited a bit longer and another table of 4 was seated right across from us. He went right to that table to get their drink order, again without even looking at us. We got up and left. Very poor service and very disappointed. Young waiter with blond hair and a man bun.
