I volunteered to assist, and was appalled at the mess in the kennel. It was disgusting and the smell was terrible. I don't think either of their kennels had been cleaned at all. On top of that my cat was terrified. When we got home he did not allow either of us to touch him for several days, and it took two baths to remove the stench from both of our cats. We will never board our cats there again. Terrible way to treat two cats.

We tried one that was, but it was located downtown and just was not a fit for us in many ways. Godley Station Animal Hospital is off the beaten path and after passing it a million times and noticing dogs in the outdoor area outback I finally looked it up on the map and made an appointment for our cat who's recently taken to peeing/marking. The exam fee is an extremely reasonable price, scheduling and sending over our stack of vet records (yes, we're those people) was a breeze, and the staff was phenomenal. Scheduled an appointment for my dog to have her nails trimmed, anticipating that it would likely turn into a huge deal with other visits leading to sedation after issues with her groomers not being able to trim them and to our pleasant surprise, they trimmed them easily and beautifully! Two fantastic interactions in a week at a new vet and we didn't spend an arm and a leg, cannot recommend this place more!!

Looked into the boarding and I can't believe they don't allow any outside items like my dog's favorite blanket that he sleeps with or the kennel which is his safe space at night and would easily fit in their suite space. They say it's to keep the spread of fleas and illnesses down but I'm sending the dog who would really be the one to spread those things if he's got them. Love the video access they offer and the staff is great but the price is just too much for 2 dogs.
