UPDATE 2/16/2020 I am half way through my third program with the Trainer Jones. This program I'm in now, Elevate, is designed to focus equally on physical health and mindset/self-development. The workout programs are just as good (if not better) and effective as past challenges, but we also are provided with material that focuses on self development. I am so in love with this current challenge and I hope they continue to have challenges with all the new elements they added! I'll say it again, if you're hesitating to join, just do it! Trainer Jones transformations are truly all around transformations. I've seen so many people do the transformation challenges and have been amazed at the results. There are challengers who have done multiple challenges back to back - that says something! I'm so so glad that I finally signed up for one (and I'm already ready to sign up for the next one). I have seen so many results both physically and mentally. Not only have I lost 10lbs in the first half of the challenge, but I've learned a lot of self discipline, have learned to make better food choices, and have completely changed my mindset. The challenges provide: weekly workouts that provide challenge and variety, mini-challenges mid week, opportunity to request an accountability partner, food plans and suggestions, macros (and they're explained), weekend boot camps for locals that are super engaging and fun (workout is posted on the fb page for non locals), a very interactive Facebook page full of daily motivation and support from other challengers, access to their app to keep track of workouts and body progress, and support from amazing coaches. I've been working with the jones for little under a year online doing their challenges! I'm on my 5th program with them and I have nothing but good things to say about them.... They put so much into their programs, they don't look at their clients as just another payday! They take time to listen and learn about each person and help us reach our goals. My goal was to loose some body fat and gain some mass (I got pretty lean which was amazing lol) but I'm wanting to gain more mass so upped my macros.... So I've followed Alicia for years now always watching her insta stories and YouTube channel, after struggling to decide whether or not to stop drinking alcohol and needed at least one person who could relate to me, I thought of Alicia! I remembered seeing her post a picture of her and her husband at a casino in LV drinking redbull and I was no where near ready to make the change. I tried to picture myself in her shoes and I couldn't. Then another post where she woke up smiling with the caption reading "smiling because no hangover " finally ready to change the way I feel, I reached out to her. She saved my life that day. I'm currently working my second nutrition challenge with Corey and Alicia and there aren't enough words to describe how thankful I am for their ability to put together an amazing fitness program that keeps you accountable and consistent without the face to face training you would think is necessary. The workouts are challenging, their communication is timely, the incentives are motivating and the challenge social media group is inclusive. They push you to do things outside your comfort zone (like posting progress photos or introducing yourself on video) and every task they give you really helps your progress in ways outside fitness as well. It's a sustainable program that really is life changing. There is no guilt given if you miss workouts, only encouragement to keep going. Where do I start?! First of all, the SMTF in San Marcos may be the best location! Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. Alicia and Corey Jones are young, driven and dedicated to the cause of health, strength and well being. They pour their hearts into each challenge they create and it really shows in not only their interaction, but also in results that I, along with others get. I've been following them on IG for a while, and ended up signing up for a mid-summer slim down challenge and was blown away how congruent, easy to follow and fun it was! Alicia and Corey Jones are 2 of the most helpful, dedicated, hands on, motivational coaches you can ask for. I have done there transformation challenges and you get way more then the workouts. The Trainer Jones are absolutely amazing! They offer online challenges and personal training that allow those that don't live in the area to be able to experience what they have to offer. I have done the last two challenges with them and it has been an amazing experience. You are given all the tools (list of foods and workouts) that you need to be successful! This is my 3rd challenge with the trainer jones, obviously I love it if I keep coming back! Love the workouts for sure, it helped me a lot to get out of my comfort zone.. my pix are about 3 months apart and it may not be where I want to be yet but I'm on my way there!! As an online client, This is the best I have worked with. I've done another , but Alicia and Corey are there to help at anytime. I won the first challenge in the program I'm in and not only did I win I got a phenomenal prize; I got a weeks worth of meal prep.
