He gave me a worst case scenario and how much he thought it would cost to fix it (in which case, he said, he didn't think it would be worth fixing), but he also gave me several other possibilities, some of which I could do myself. This was all the more helpful since they're pretty busy at the moment and wouldn't be able to come to the house until next week (unless it was an emergency). Really impressive service. So, this shop is small and busy, and you might have to call a few times. I suspect the guys doing the work are also fielding the calls. But every time I've used them, the repairman has been very knowledgeable and friendly, got the job done quickly and priced it fairly. They are as honest as the day is long, in my experience.

They had it set up for Tuesday, but I was off work on Monday so i called them first thing Monday morning to see if they could come that day instead of Tomorrow. The guy checked the schedule and said he could have some out that afternoon. The guy called first like they said and he was right on time. He was very professional and courteous. It took him about 30 seconds to figure out the motor wasn't working properly. He ordered a replacement from his Ipad and said it would be delivered tomorrow sometime and he'd come back out on Wednesday to install it. And that's exactly what happened. Dryer works great now. I would definitely use these guys again.

The pricing to repair one refrigerator didn't make sense to fix do to age of equipment and lack of life expectancy, his suggestion. We agreed to put in new ice maker in the other, he acquired needed parts and installed two hours later. Very clean, neat, thorough, timely and conscientious. My washing machine was making a weird and very loud noise so I called them. They were able to schedule me to fit into my busy schedule. Fixing the noise turned out to be a simple job, no parts, minimal labor. What impressed me the most was the high level of knowledge and experience of the technician. I learned my washer is near the end of its life cycle because some components are worn out. It makes more sense and would be more cost effective to replace the washer than replace the worn out parts. I can still use the machine and do my laundry but I now know my timeline of when to replace the machine. My out of pocket expense today was the $119 basic service call charge because no parts were needed and the labor to repair it was very minimal. I was notified 30 minutes in advance of their arrival time.

The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. My stove was working and he was off to his next appointment in less than an hour. I believe the price to be fair and on board with other repair services. I also believe that I could not have gotten my stove repaired any faster. I am glad to have contacted them. They made an inherently stressful situation less stressful.
