I needed a couple of tires for my scooter, so I went to Harding's Park Cycle at 10:00 A.M. I was given a quote by Bretton and was told that the service manager would call me later that day to set up an appointment, as he couldn't find him at that moment. At 5:45, when I hadn't heard from anyone, I called and asked for Bretton. He said the service manager had been busy all day and would call me back that day or the next day at the latest. I NEVER got a call back. I wound up having my scooter serviced for the tires and several other things at J.& J Motors in Massillon. They were WONDERFUL! read more

I recently bought a 2024 Kawasaki Ninja Zx6r KRT ABS from here because this was the only store I could find that had one more left in stock. All others were sold out. The sales lady was phenomenal. The problem stems from the finance department. I financed this bike knowing I was going to pay it off quickly. After the bike was paid off, I received a letter from the Bank stating if I purchased GAP insurance to ask for a refund. Well, I called Harding's Park Cycle finance department and I was told that I have to physically come into the store which is an 1hr and half away, bring in the letter sent from the bank, and also bring in my GAP insurance document from the day of the purchase just to get a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous. What if I moved and was in another state? The fact that I have to physically come into the store after a bike was paid off is absolutely ridiculous. read more

Fast forward to 4 months or so later, it feels like I'm a bother contacting the service department for questions. This is my first owned power sports machine (CanAm Ryker to be exact). I was having trouble with my battery charger for my scooter, so I took it to Harding's Park Cycle to see if it was still working. Bretton told me that I a needed a new one as the old one must have had a, "power surge." They sold me a new one. The next business day I went back to returned the battery charger, but Bretton said it was not returnable. I explained that I should have been made aware of that before they sold it to me. Bretton said it is stated on the receipt, but of course I didn't get a receipt until AFTER I purchased it. Throughout our entire conversation, Bretton never looked up from his computer. He just kept repeating that it was not returnable. I then spoke with the owner who was condescending, dismissive, and extremely rude. This is the second time I've had an issue with this company. Everyone deserves a second chance, but they will not be getting a third one from me. They are severely lacking in the customer care department. It's been about a year. Purchased 3-yz250's at the same time. The only place that had 3+ in stock. You would think they would have given some kind of pricing break on THREE. Nope. And it was paid for, not financed. Looking to get 3 more somethings this year and I just can't bring myself to going back here, even though they have a good stock. Salesperson was ok, no issues. Maybe his name was Steve? But the paper-work lady, what a drag. Attitude, pissy, angry, I was an inconvenience for being there and spending my money. Then, she makes you ring a stupid bell. So lame. From the parts counter guys to the service department personal to the folks closing up the purchasing paperwork, each one of them are all genuine, enjoyable, good people happy to help you with everything you need. Our family and friends will go nowhere else when it comes to buying our next adventure toy. On March 4, 2023 I went to Canton Ohio to purchase 1994 Honda Goldwing that I saw on line. Steve Kaser was the man i dealt with. I can not say enough good about this dealership. Steve held the bike on my word that i would come from Tennessee. I went and he had the bike reserved for me. It was everything he said it was. The ride back home to Maryville was a little chilly but very delightful. this motorcycle is awesome. And Steve Kaser and Harding's Park Cycle is an awesome dealership from the front door to the back door where I took my bike out. Hello my biker name is night Baker I've recently purchased a Honda Silver Wing 2003 model of Facebook Marketplace I'm fairly new to the biking world I've had other small little scooters which were ice bear please don't buy it I spare they suck anyway I've called around to other dealerships and they said well it's too old we can't work on it so. I found up this company and at first they were a little bit hesitant because I have what it's called Outrigger Wheels which make the the bike into like a trike sort of . But once I explained to him to him Mr Jason that the wheels came off he decided Bring It On in we'll see what we can do with it well so far I've done pretty done this disabled veteran pretty good I mean considering I'm no mechanic and I could have done it myself but then again I could have been stuck on the wrong side of a tow truck towing at home too so . I'm very grateful that this company is working with me yes sometimes work does take long because I kind of put in a little bit more work than what it should have been done but hell it's my only Transportation I can't drive a pedal vehicle anymore because of a bad hip and that right was took it away by my Social Security judge at the hearing up in Dayton so I can't violate that and if I do I could lose my Social Security and I would have to repay all that money . Absolutely horrible customer service to any woman!! Took 4 trips there with my son to buy him a Dirt bike. Salesman knew I wanted to pay with American Express and Check and after having me wait 2 hours for a lowball trade in value on my street bike and all banks were closed he then told me they only take Cashier Checks or Cash. I went back two days later to buy it with cash and AE card, that Salesman after checking said only cash and I needed to wait 2 hours for them to put it together. So my husband went back with all cash and they would sell it to him but refused to put it in my name....I guess women aren't allowed to own bikes in their eyes!! So what should of been an happy occasion was the most frustrating experience ever! read more

I spend thousands of dollars at this store maintaining multiple bikes and take two dirt bike rims and tires to have tubes changed to find out my rear spokes are shot and front tires bad. No big deal was gonna replace them. I get a quote of over $800 to respoke the rear rim and put 2 new tires on... since they already took the tires off the rims they told me they'd charge me half price for the labor of that. They end up charging me $41 just to take tires off the rims to tell me that's what was wrong, then give me an outrageous quote to repair it. I've always tried to keep my business local but I can't support a business that I feel like takes advantage of their customers at all read more

Neither mentioned the necessity of making an appointment to be able to get into their show room to look at motorcycles. Drove an hour to get there. Sign on the locked door mentioned that they are limiting the number of persons in their show room. There was only one other car in the customer area of the parking lot. I called the phone number on their door advised them I was at the door and I was told I needed to make an appointment to enter their show room. Bull $&:!. Too bad I can't give a business a negative star rating. Their attitude was such that they just don't need or care for their customers. My husband took 2 Yamaha ATV's for their yearly tune-up. Park Cycle never did the oil changes or filter changes. Instead Park Cycle rebuilt the carberators and stated that mine did not have any compression. We were already at 400.00 for the tuneup and they hadn't done any part of the tune up. We told them with everything going on that we weren't going to do any other work on the ATV at this time. they wanted at least 1200.00 to look at the top end of the 4 wheeler not knowing what was even wrong with it. When we picked up the ATV's the air box on my husband's ATV was broke(it was not broke when it went in). When we asked them what happened, they just replied, It is broke. No apologies or replacement for what they broke. Also, there are battery screws and body panal screws missing that were on the ATVs when we took them in. We were talking about trading the ATV's in for a side by side, but now they will not only lose a customer in their service department, they will lose a sale. read more

They don't even deserve this 1 star. Took a Honda pioneer 700 side by side on 8/20/18 to have the first service done to it. They didn't put enough oil back in it and didn't put the right oil back in it. stripped screws out on inspection cover and never said anything about it. Never knew they did it till we took it to the Honda place in St. Clairsville and the service manager told us about it. So for future reference I will NEVER take it back to Canton. read more

Comes back and days they said no. I had asked if they could work with me on price but was prepared to pay full price. The salesman who was asked for approval never bothered to even talk to me. He just sent the first guy back with a no. If their sales people can't be bothered to actually speak to a customer you already know what the service would be like if you had a problem.
