When there was a problem with the sofa order, the owner allowed us to continue to use the original sofa while the right one was being made. This was at the height of COVID when it was so tough to get furniture. When our sofa finally arrived, the owner and his son personally drove all the way out to camp to replace it. I was so impressed! I waited the 3 weeks thinking I was being patient with them. When I called the owner said while laughing, that the chair and ottoman came in but they could not get the couch. He asked if I wanted a split delivery. I told him NO. I ordered a set. So he said I could take the floor model. I said I would have to check it over and asked what kind of discount would they give on it. He laughed again and said none. I could take the floor model it was fine. Well no!!!! I am still waiting on the set I ordered a month ago.
