The salesman, Scott, helped me through the entire process. He came to my house and measured and called me within a few days with an estimate. When I went into the showroom again, he had several samples picked out in my color range. He did not try to sell me the most expensive carpet or padding, but recommended a very nice quality. About three weeks later, it was installed. The two men who did the install were on time, very polite and respectful of my home. They did a fabulous job. We bought the relatively new Resista brand carpet partially made with recycled soda bottles because of its vastly superior stain/odor resistance and reviews.
