We woke up to a nightmare scenario on Christmas Eve morning - no water coming from my parents'…read morefaucets. My parents live out in the country (in Montgomery County) and thus aren't connected to any city water supply, with a ground water well that goes down ~235 feet. We had a Christmas Eve party planned for later that evening, followed by a big day with family on Christmas. But without any water, we were completely screwed - I thought we were going to have to call an audible and transfer everything over to my sister's house, which would be less than ideal. Moreover, we didn't know how bad the situation was - there was a drought over the summer of 2024, so we worried our well might have run dry. This had already happened to my parents ground water well back in 1984, forcing them to re-drill the well over 100 feet deeper (a major undertaking for anybody who's gone through this). Given that it was Christmas Eve, we didn't know if anybody would be available to help us; but fortunately, my Dad was able to get ahold of C.S. Garber & Sons in Douglassville, who sent a crew out to us immediately. Shawn and Aidan got to my parents' house around 9 AM, quickly diagnosed the problem, and got to work right away. They determined we had plenty of water in our well (i.e. it didn't go dry) but weren't getting any current from the well pump, which had finally stopped working after 48 years. They got their equipment setup and started pulling the old pump out, which got stuck halfway, leading us to wonder if the well had collapsed. Fortunately, with Aidan's strong frame pulling, they eventually got the pump jarred loose - most likely a large rock was in the way. They even had a brand new ¾ horsepower pump in their work truck, which is exactly what my father wanted to replace our old 1/2 horsepower pump with. Got the new pump hooked up, placed back down into the well and working in no time. They were done before noon and we had zero issues thereafter. Shawn and Aidan are real-life superstars that quite literally saved our Christmas! Can't recommend these guys enough if you're having water issues or an emergency at your house or business.

We compared it against the distilled water that we had and the results were appalling. Installation was scheduled and their technician Adam Marjason completed the installation in less than 2 hrs. He is organized, knowledgeable and communicated the instructions of the RO systems to us. He answered all our questions post installation and practically went through the dos and the don'ts of the system. I will update this review in an event of any issues (if any) and how it was handled. But until then, overall we have good experience right from the start.

We will be building a new house and Matt gave me fantastic advice so we will consider Carroll Water based on his ability to service the system. I had a very difficult experience with ground loop and unfortunately can not recommend them…read more Although initially the project was going well, they did not fulfill the project as we discussed and did not install the proper equipment for functioning of the internet monitoring symphony system for the water furnace geothermal in our main house and did not setup the symphony system in our secondary structure system. In addition, it was very difficult to schedule work with them and the project took much longer than expected to complete.They only came out to finish the work properly when we withheld their final payment for incomplete work. Then after completing the work I promptly provided the payment only for them to refuse to provide the final rebate documents needed for the tax credits for state and federal and my state renewable energy credits filing in an attempt to extort me for additional money beyond what we agreed for the project. They have also refused to provide appropriate warranty/maintenance services related to their installation which does not appear to be cooling properly in the main house just months after installation. Needless to say, this was a horrible experience and although they seem to be skilled professionals I do not view them as honest business people and therefore would recommend to stay away. I have now used Victory three times. Jeff is my 'go to'!…read more The first time used Victory Plumbing I needed a back-up hot water tank that had failed removed. The project required disconnecting and capping the water lines; disconnecting and capping the gas line; capping the exhaust line; and removal and disposal of the tank. Len the Plumber quoted $1100. Jeff was able to complete the job for $450. Last month, while traveling out of town, my wife called to tell me the hot water tank was leaking. I gave her Jeff's number and asked he to call him, telling him that I would be back in town in early afternoon. Jeff and his apprentice met me at 3:30pm as arranged and replaced my tank within 90 minutes. It was relief to have a professional available for an 'emergency' that I could count upon to show up on time and take care of the problem immediately. Two days ago, Jeff came out and was able to quickly diagnose and repair a small gas line leak on my fireplace within a very short period of time. His work is always neat ,efficient, and reasonably priced. Lastly, when you call the number, Jeff is the person that answers... and he always answers his phone unless both hands are in a project at that moment.

After they left I was pleased with their work until I tried to flush by toilet. The handle of the toilet was loose and the mechanism inside the tank was not flushing properly. The tank continued to fill with water and then drain. I guess they just did the easy jobs.
