I'd been scheduled for this scan by my primary care physician during my annual checkup exam, so I didn't see what Yelp had to say about Florham Park beforehand. Boy was I surprised when I looked online and saw all the 1-Stars and testimonials (!!!) Because of the timing, there was no backing out or way for me to schedule somewhere else. So I went in this morning with some trepidation. Fortunately I had a good patient experience overall. For imaging, I would definitely come back to the Florham Park location again (140 Park Ave Building). Pros: ** Easy to drive there off of Columbia Turnpike. It's close to FDU -Florham. ** Nice campus. It's huge with more than ample parking and even covered parking structures for bad weather ** Imaging department is located as soon as you enter the main entrance doors of 140. It will be to your left. ** The waiting room is nice and they had HGTV playing on the TV ** The woman at Registration was polite, friendly, and informative ** The technician who performed my scan was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with explaining to me what would happen (which I really appreciate) ** The facilities once you enter past the registration area, equipment, and rooms looked good to me. There's a hallway with blue flowers painted on the walls, and on the ceiling above the machine there are images of the sky and flowers (so you can focus on those and relax while you are being x-rayed). Cons: ** So far, none... It's too early for the results and billing didn't happen yet. Hopefully the results will be uploaded to the portal in a timely fashion (in contrast to a fellow Yelper's review from last month). I don't know if that's a Summit Health computer system thing or human error though. We'll see what happens. Again, I would definitely come back to the Florham Park location (140 Park Ave) in the future for imaging services.

I eventually called my Dr. and he called back to give me results. PS. I still see nothing in my "portal" and the girl said it will be uploaded . LOLOLOL. Sad that people who have jobs can't handle them. Thank goodness I go for most of my care at RWJ Barnabas as they know what they're doing . Sad sad sad world we live in today. If you don't advocate for yourself , you're basically well you know.......

Ladies.....she looks at your skin and knows what it needs to look vibrant, well kept and from the skin deep to the surface. Dr. Lange was knowledgable, patient, safety-minded, encouraging, and supportive. He spent over an hour explaining various options to me, did an examination, reviewed some photographs, and was honest about what he could and could not provide. There was no hard sell, but rather an array of choices from which to choose. I have been to other MDs who were pushy and that seemed unprofessional. They would talk about my poorly aging skin in a critical way. I suppose it was intended to motivate me take care of that under their scalpels, but it made me uncomfortable. No one knows my skin better than I do, and I do not need to feel worse. I have been looking for solutions, not confirmation of the problems. In contrast, Dr. Lange did not comment in the same way. Instead, he told me what he could offer. I appreciated Annrika who explained the financial part of the practice - again, no hard sell, just the facts. The office staff was friendly and efficient, and the office space is clean and beautifully designed. I recommend Dr. Lange and the practice without hesitation - and my friend's eye lift was magnificent! Treat yourself!

After going for awhile, I noticed my legs were not getting better even though Dr. M said he closed multiple veins. I've since moved to another state where I continued vein treatment. It wasn't until then I noticed significant improvement in my legs. I wouldn't go back to Metro Vein Center again even if I was still in NJ. My opinion is, they are a rip off. They want you to be a permanent patient so they can continue picking your pockets.

Every part of my experience has been excellent. My eyes haven't looked this good in 30 years. My skin is smooth as a baby's. The procedure itself was flawless. I loved that her surgery center is in the same building as her office. The staff at Eltraself has been exceptional. As a part of my treatment, red light therapy treatments, beauty products and in a few months I get a Diamond Glow Facial are included. That was a fantastic surprise to me. The prices are very reasonable for someone with such skill. The two other doctors in the office are also highly qualified. Dr Neigel has more experience than most surgeons. My husband who is a physician was extremely impressed that she was an ocuplastic surgeon and opthalmologist. She fixes eye procedures gone wrong, MOHS surgery revisions and more. 5/21/2026: Extremely frustrating and misleading scheduling experience…read more I spent two days obtaining a referral specifically for Dr. David Kiken after being told by the office that this was required before scheduling. After the referral was sent, the office repeatedly placed me on hold, collected all of my insurance and personal information, and only then informed me that I would not be permitted to see Dr. Kiken at all -- only a PA. This information should have been disclosed from the beginning instead of wasting patients' time and effort. The front desk staff was also very rude and dismissive. When I politely questioned why my referral specifically named Dr. Kiken but I was being denied an appointment with him, the call was disconnected. Very disappointing experience.

Once I found my surgeon, he told me he would perform it at either Mount Sinai (NYC) or Livingston Surgery Center (NJ). So of course I had to Yelp the hospital/medical centers they were located in to cross check the feedback others had had. Listen, if you're going to cut me up like Picasso, it needs to be performed in a highly reviewed, credible medical establishment. So after cross checking a Livingston Surgery Center, my decision was made. Thanks Yelp! The deets (if you care to read my huge novel): My surgery was scheduled for 7am and because my surgeon was in an emergency case until 12pm, they were going to possibly reschedule my surgery for another day. Super inconvenient because of time off work and scheduling but hey, emergencies happen and it's no ones fault! But omg, the anesthesiologist (Dr Chang?) and the super super sweet Italian nurse with the 16 year old son (named Colin?) were so gracious and wonderful. Especially my OR nurse that I just mentioned. She stayed SIX HOURS after her shift ended just to stay with me because she knew she made me feel safe and comfortable. Brings tears to my eyes. We need more nurses like her. And I hope they appreciate her there. She has the biggest smile ever, is so compassionate, kept bringing me new warm blankets, chatting with me to keep me from 6 hours of boredom in a bed, and was like a second Mother to me that day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to you and Livingston Surgery Center. I hope you value her as much as I did and continue to. Also, don't knock me for not remembering the OR nurses name. They put patches on and IVs in me so I was drowsy for hours. So shush. Anyway, if you're reading this, I could cry at how happy I am that she and the anesthesiologist stayed with me pre and during surgery in the OR. If anyone needs to get something fixed, chopped or snipped, please highly consider this surgery center!

We could not make that time. We called them back and left a VM telling them that and kept our regular appointment. We show up for the appointment and denied services due to my wife not quarantining prior to the appointment. She was never told to nor is it anywhere in their patient literature. In short, 2 lost working days and the discomfort of prepping for the procedure for nothing. They had no intention of performing this procedure and looked for every way out of it from the beginning. We have filed complaints with the state already and will be pursuing litigation for lost wages and expenses related to their complete incompetence and lack of patient care.
