My parents live between Mount Morris and Nunda, NY, but I live, out of state, 8 hours away. Due to mobility issues, I knew I had to replace my parent's tub with a walk-in shower. Hark Homes, LLC came highly recommended, as they had previously installed a similar shower for a close friend's parents. I called and spoke with Vinnie (owner) and Ashley at Hark Homes. I instantly knew I made the right call. Hark Homes were great to work with and made the contracting and installation so smooth. My parents loved the interactions with every member of the Hark Homes crew. Not only did I have them install the shower, but also replace 3 exterior windows. The work was done in a very timely fashion and we could not have asked for a better quality outcome. I highly recommend Hark Homes, LLC for any work you need to have done. We arraigned a time to meet at the cabin to go over what I wanted. Mike and Clayton met with me and they offered suggestions to make it more robust and improve a drainage issue I had. To sum it up.
