There were dried bugs and everything thing else on my car. When we came out of that car wash my car was sparkling! I have a subscription to Today's Car Wash but my car never gets clean like that. It also helps that the pre-washers actually spray the grills to get bugs off. I did not know about Mister car wash until that day. I'm really thinking of switching if this one is anything like the one I got to experience back home. Oh! And it was only like $26 I believe for the titanium wash (results were unbelievable!). I wanted clean, always hope for sparkling...from past experiences I never really expected too much but Mister Car Wash delivered exactly what I was hoping for. Even the hubby was impressed and he won't go to drive thru car washes bc he always has to finish the job anyway, especially on the grill. Oh! And your car doesn't come out dripping because there dryer at the end also has a huge towel that dries you off. I'm trying this one very soon! I would definitely recommend you try it out. When I left the wash, my vehicle was clean and bug free. Now, they hurry you through, and the extra bug treatment is less than stellar. I went through the wash three straight times and still have the same bug splats in the same places. I called the manager, who informed me that the new owners made changes, some for safety, but mostly to get more cars through faster. They stopped scrubbing the mirrors for liability issues. I think I've run my course with this company and will be looking elsewhere for car wash services. If you just want a basic wash, they are OK. If you want quality was, find somewhere else.

I've gone back and forth with them to refund my money for incurring charge for two months. Spoke with two different people to include a manager and they haven't refunded my money. On top of that, I just found out they are s5ill charging both me and my wife. So now I have to take it up a notch. Can't believe they don't have a corporate office, or at least that what they say. Mechanic brought mule out at 11:50. We were charged $420.00 for labor. The charge is $120.00 an hour. Called to complain and was told 2 mechanics worked on mule so had to pay for both. We will never recommend this dealership to anyone and we will never go back What a rip off.

He's knowledgeable without being arrogant, and explained everything in simple terms. We made an appointment, he had the materials as promised, and had it repaired as promised. These days, good customer service is a distant memory; however, Barrett's Upholstery still has GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! He's very personable, listens well, very professional, and I highly recommend him! His final expenses were even a little less than the estimate! I've been around a few decades and don't remember that ever happening...what an uplifting experience!
