Of the quotes I got back, H Town Steam was the most competitive. I didn't end up booking at the time, but circled back a few days ago and asked them to confirm the pricing from before. They responded right away and I got it scheduled. We had to adjust the timing a couple of times, but they were responsive and accommodating throughout. Shai showed up and did a great job on the cleaning. There was a small discrepancy between the price I was quoted and what he had on hand, so I flagged it and showed him my conversation with their sales rep. He called management on the spot and got it corrected immediately. Great first experience overall -- I'll definitely use them again.

Sergio was very busy but was able to come out on a Sunday to look at the project and then sent a bid through email. I found his price to be very competitive and he understood the work we needed done. He and his crew came out and did the project in 1 day. It was a small project so it was done in 1 day, we paid at the end of the day after the project was done.
