If a Zero was an option it would be a zero. Avoid this store like a plague. Unqualified service department will simply damage your bike. Can't fix a cel and tried to lie to me multiple times on the fix. Multiple times it end up back in the shop. And they wanted to keep charging me more and more and more with zero results on my bike. They decided to strip down my stage 1 bike to reinstall not tuned. Anyone knows when doing a stage 1 the bike needs to be tuned. After spending thousands of dollars at this location to still have the same issues. This store is not worth anyone's time. They treat their customers poorly provided terrible service. I can't help but think the dealership doesn't really care if they sell bikes or not. After buying my wife a bike, I was looking for a used Harley and they didn't have exactly what I wanted so the sales guy put my name in his notebook and of course was supposed to notify me when they got more bikes in. Needless to say I never heard from him ever again. When I went to another Harley dealer, they actually asked me why I was buying a used bike and told me how much cheaper the financing would be etc. etc. and then next thing you know ended up buying a brand new bike. This was because they wanted to work with me and took an interest and wanted to sell me something. A year or so later I wanted to get a touring bike. I Then contacted the dealer again when I saw a really nice older road glide. I was told to come in and talk to a certain salesman as somebody was having issues getting financing for the bike. I was out of town for work and had a couple days left in my shift so of course, on my first day off, I went into the dealer to talk to the sales person about the bike. he basically said the bike was practically sold so my trip down there was a complete waste of time. Not sure why I was told to come and talk to him in the first place? This is the second time they failed to sell me a bike.The third time, I inquired online to see what my trade value would be as they had a couple bikes I was interested in so I filled out the forms and emailed them, and I never heard anything back. Needless to say, I'm never gonna step foot in this dealership again. I have heard similar stories from other people I have talked to as well about nobody talking to them when they went in there to actually buy a new bike. They ended up walking out and buying it somewhere else. Their salesman need some education as to how to actually engage with customers that are interested in buying bikes. also, my wife and I just recently went to a motorcycle show here about a month ago in Edmonton and the dealers salesman was there to represent their business, and when I was looking at the CVO Road glide they had on display again nobody even talked to me, or looked in my direction. I've never had any other problems with this dealer, but it's obvious they don't want my business and they don't know how to treat their customers so they have lost one ! read more

I only visitEd this one as the lobation is convenient. the clothing department need a help! after spending a few thousand in clothing this summer I recently went to buy back armour for my 500$ jacket. Lady got extremely pissy with me when I asked it it was the right part and it we could see it it would fit the jacket! She grabbed the jacket, and went back to her counter and stuffed it in the jacket and looking at me with a dub look on her face. "Blah blah, 15 years here, I know what fits what! " I don't. So you should have no issues showing me ? ok. So I tried some small talk. She didn't answer me but would only acknowledge the lady I was there with. Worst of all, when I paid and went to get my bag from her, she handed it it the lady I was with.....not even my girl friend or wife! Like wow! never will go back. read more

I have bought all my bikes from Edmonton Harley Davidson and they have always treated better than i would expect. The pricing that i received on all my bikes were more than competitive. The GM was hands on to make sure that i received the best deal for me and took me around and introduced me to my new Harley family, people that would be taking care of me if need be. The people in parts for all my aftermarket questions were simply awesome and took as much time as required to make sure you were well informed. I recently purchased the 131 kit for my CVO road glide and cant wait until the day that i can twist that throttle once again. Well done everyone read more

Must be really easy to sell bikes these days because the service here was terrible! Went in here to buy a bike and was essentially told, this is the price, this is the financing, take it or leave it. Sent a couple emails to the Sales Manager that weren't returned! When the bike I wanted didn't work out I was offered no alternative, nothing. It was like this place was completely impartial to my business! I'm still buying a bike, just won't be from this place! read more

Purchased a Brand New 2013 Street Glide last April. Kevin in their sales department was awesome to deal with and made the process painless. Their Service department on the other hand needs some serious work! I will say that the ladies in the service department are absolutely fantastic and even the staff in their parts department are great! The actual servicing of the bike was a nightmare though! I brought in the bike 4 times and literally every time I got the bike back there was something wrong with it that was just fine prior to going in. They did correct the issues but really there was no need for an issue to begin with. As I said, the staff that they have working there are great in literally every department but I don't know what's going on with their service techs, definitely won't be letting them near my bike again. But I will still buy my parts from them. read more

Friendly staff. But the service department sucks. I asked to have my brakes bled and they spent 3 hrs trying to repair my brake lights for some reason.They f..d it up and it still doesn't work. I specifically asked to call first before they were to do anything other than what asked . On my way home the front calliper seized destroying my rotor pads etc. The bill was $480.00 to f..k up my bike. The mechanic has since been fired but they don't care about the customer at all. Will never return. Beware! read more

Unbelievable , Service. The worst ever. Brought my bike in from accident for estimate to start insurance claim. By the way I had to arrange transport ? They informed me it would be a week or two and sent me a quote that was going to replace parts that had no defects or issues from the accident what so ever ? After I had finally settled with insurance company I had to arrange a meeting to appraise damages and adjust estimate for repairs to bike , the first time my wife and I went we were asked to leave because we didn't have an appointment ! The insurance claims agent was not familiar with the estimate and had two weeks to prepare. After removing over $4,000 dollars in parts the labor actually increased ?? Claims agent now informed me it would cost over $400 for the estimate so I could arrange transportation again to pick up my bike ! I guess they are just to busy ?? read more
