He is very knowledgeable and his shop rate is about 50% cheaper than going to a dealer. On top of that, most dealer mechanics have far less experience. You never know how good the guy working on your item is. Gerry has many common parts on hand and can get the rest within a day. He does excellent work and delivers on time and on budget. If you have a Honda product, I suggest you give him a try.

Got the same info on an online chat with the bike manufacturer. I decided to check Gateway for a third opinion. Tim was so helpful putting my battery on a tester and determined there was still 18% power left and suggested they try to "wake it up". Well it worked and was only charged $50! That's a huge savings and I really appreciate Tim's knowledge and the great service I received there.
