My husband and I stopped at this dealership because we are in the market for a new bike. We saw a bike we liked in the shop and asked JP about the bike and if we could start it up. The seat was off the bike and we asked what was wrong with the bike and why it was in the shop. JP told us that they just got the bike in and that they were checking the bike out and retuning it. We assumed JP went to find the keys to start her up. We found out that a mechanic saw our interest in the bike and pulled JP to the side to tell JP that he couldn't sell us the bike because the motor was blown. Apparently, a fist fight happened outside because the mechanic told JP not to sell us the bike and JP didn't want to loose the sale..... We have had bad experiences before at this dealership with long wait times on service, bad communication, high staff overturn, low inventory of merchandis, and now ETHICS. Big mistake JP. HUGE.....We went to Moonshine HD in Franklin and bought a 2026 Road Glide. Moonshine HD hasn't let us down yet. We knew better than to go to Columbia and we finally learned our lesson. This is the worst Harley dealership I have ever been in. You could be in there for an hour and not one person would greet you or talk to you. The service desk used to be great, but they got rid of their good parts staff about a year ago and now nobody will even acknowledge you're standing right in front of them. Was thinking about buying a 2000 Road Glide with mileage. They wanted 9k another stealer ship has a 2011 Road glide cvo. 2000 9 k 2011 9k They also will add tax etc and a dealer markup of 1k. So 2000 before tax is now 10k 2011. With less mileage no markup less tax is 9k. Real life 2000 worth 6k its so out dated. Make sense? Also the 2011 has the new better frame which came out in 2009. read more

The "master mechanic" flat out refused to even touch my bike because I had the audacity to buy a part and attempt to put it on myself. In all my years on this planet, I've never dealt with a company more intent on alienating or just simply destroying their own customer base. I traded in my 2023 road glide. At the beginning of november. It is now the end of january.And they still have not paid it off. I was assured by the owner that it would be paid off in december which it has not been. The bike has already been sold and I'm not sure how the new owner is going to get the title if Harley of Columbia has not paid it off. Went to look at a 2016 dyna street bob. Price was $8,995 online and tried to add on every fee known to man. Ended up coming out to $19,800. Not to mention the paint was severely chipped, fairing was broken, windshield cracked, bolts rusty, and it was literally pissing oil out the intake and down the side of the bike as well as pooling in the throttle body..... Salesman and his manager had less knowledge on the bike than me who didn't know what a dyna was a month ago... Tried telling me the 103ci was oil cooled and they're definitely air cooled lol. Didn't know what an FXDB was either lol thought it was a fat bob. After seeing what a POS that dyna was i wouldn't have been happy riding that bike out for 5k. read more

I purchased my motorcycle from this dealership, which is very close to my house. I had some complaints about the service dept at one time, but they have always been really helpful and professional, even giving me updates thru txt on the status of my repair. I get all my preventative maintenance done here and it's very affordable. Just remember to give them a couple weeks lead time and don't try to schedule something last minute. On Saturdays, they often have live music, beer, a tattoo artist, and food! It's definitely worth checking out! Great mercy availability and they can't order pretty much anything from an approved aftermarket manufacturer and install for you. Really have loved having this dealership so close! read more

First off they are your best friend until you pay the down payment and sign the paperwork, then it all goes downhill!!!! The absolute worse Harley dealership I have ever dealt with, period! Bought my bike and they don't tell you they don't even have the bike onsite. Waited two weeks and all Steve could tell me was it was in Dallas being serviced! BS, it was sitting in the showroom for a week after I called everyday and they said it wasn't there! Drove 6 hours to pick it up and it still wasn't ready when I got there! Pretty straightforward DON'T do business with them! The bike has issues but they ignore texts and calls after the fact so I don't know if it's covered under warranty or not! read more

It has been a long time coming to do this review. During Covid-19 when so many parts were on backorder, I had an issue on my 2007 Road King Custom Touring. To me it isn't just a cruiser, it has an emotional meaning to me since I have done Patriot Guard, Faith Riders, and American Legion missions on this bike. Because of a defect in the wiring harness, where there was no weep hole to allow moisture to escape, the harness rotted and rusted out. After considering a new harness (on backorder with no e.t.a. for release) and the lack of an aftermarket harness anywhere, I had no choices and felt like I would never ride the bike again. The kind folks at your location rebuilt my harness. They didn't know the rest of the story as to why the bike was so important to me, but took it upon themselves as a challenge and found a way to get my cruiser up and running again. Rebuilding the harness and replacing the injectors was the fix. When I went to pick her up and heard the engine running, I teared up which probably doesn't sound very manly to some, but at that moment I was so happy I couldn't contain it. It isn't a good thing to become emotionally attached to a physical thing like a bike, but I was and still am. A lot of companies just look at business as a way to earn a dollar. There is nothing wrong with that, but with that being said, I truly believe your company is passionate about your business and make it personal. I can't say "thank you" enough. For anyone reading this, I know they are knowledgeable, compassionate and love what they do. I have always heard and believed if you find something you are passionate about, you will never work a day in your life. That is the experience I had with your service department. I can tell you love what you do. Because of your mechanical knowledge and experience, you proved to be worthy of praise. Thank you for doing what I thought was impossible. I bought a 2005 wide glide on June 28 and it was delivered with no keys. They had lost them. I waited almost two weeks for a set of keys. then on July 26 th I called to ask about my tags, only to find out that they had never applied for them. The person told me on the July 26 th that they they were sending the dealer tag UPS and that I would have them the next day. Then on July 29 I called back because I had not received the dealer tag she said she was sending them UPS and would have them Saturday July 30 th that morning. After I didn't receive them I called back and she told me I wouldn't get them until Monday Aug 1 st. Maybe it's because I live in Alabama but I have ask to speak with the owner I was told they would have him call that if they gave me his number she would get fired . I just moved in the area from California and was looking for a Harley-Davidson Dealership and found three within 30 minutes of my location. I traveled to one in Lynchburg where they only sell clothing so I then tried this place. Was greater at the door by a young lady that worked the clothing area asking "if you need anything please let me know" I told her thanks and started walking around looking at bikes when a salesman approached me asking the same question as the First Lady. I told him I was just checking out the dealership. Both employees left me alone and watched to see if I needed anything. Then I walked back to the Service Department and was greeted the same way. I ask a lady Robbie if a blown fuse was covered under warranty and see said I will check and get back with me. About a minute later she walked up to me and gave me a fuse and told me where it was located on my bike. I asked her "how much" and she said today it's free with a smile. Ok I've never been here; however I've tried for two weeks to make a purchase of a bike they have listed online. First call was immediate and polite, since then it's just gone downhill. No it's not the deal on the bike, it's just the people. Salesmen were short and not real polite. Other staff were curt or just plain rude....When I wanted to talk to a manager I was told they didn't have any. General manager? Nope. Owner only and I was told 'Ricky' "won't talk to you". That makes it hard to make any deals and sell anything, must be nice to not need business. Don't know how they treat local walk in people but phone/online distant sales just plain sucks. My recommendation is to go somewhere they appreciate your call/visit and let them get your hard earned money instead of these folks. read more

My wife and I and another couple came to this dealership today. We all ride our own Harleys. We are from Paris,Tn and were just on a day trip. We walked in and no one greeted us at all. We were in there for a good 45 minutes and no one said anything all that time. My wife wanted to purchase a new pair of boots and had to hunt someone down to help her. She wouldn't have done that if she didn't need a pair because her sole was coming loose. We usually buy our bikes on the spur of the moment. We buy two at a time. Mine is always a Limited and my wife is shorter so she always gets a Streetglide Special. We always add lower fairings to hers and passing lights. We are looking to upgrade to new ones but didn't like the atmosphere of this store. We can spend our money anywhere and we will. I will not be returning to this dealership. Worst customer service I've had at a Harley dealership ever. I walk to the parts counter where a man was standing at the counter and he says "what do you want". Ok.. I told him what I was there for and he doesn't move, nothing. Doesn't enter anything in the computer, doesn't go to look in the back. Someone standing 10ft behind him finally asks me if they can help me and takes care of me. Pretty sure he's the same one who answers the phone when you call for the parts department, cause it's the same kind of customer service, horrible!! I'll be driving the extra time to go to Huntsville or Nashville from now on. I told him that it didn't have to be done that day and I would bring it in Monday if that would be better.
