We were a couple days…read morefrom house closing and an out of state move when our RV trailer brakes froze and the wheel fell off, stranding the trailer in the street in our neighborhood. No other trailer repairmen would work on axles except for Freddy. He made numerous calls to try to locate an axle. When that was not successful, he was able to have someone weld a spindle to the axle and eventually get the trailer up and running. He went above and beyond making calls and exploring options because he knew we were in a pinch. Although he lived in williamsport, he responded to Nashvillemultiple times and had to deal with shipping issues with FedEx in the meantime. He was super friendly, professional and courteous. And his rates were very reasonable. He could have charged anything he wanted given our situation, but he didn't take advantage of it. He even took apart the other drums and repacked the bearings to make sure everything was in tight order. This is a guy you can trust and a guy who will do whatever it takes to help you out.

So, for the past few months I've been looking at travel trailers that would be able to be anywhere from a weekend land yacht, to a daily life rig. This search brought me to Hole In the Wall... I mean Howenwald, Tennessee... and I must say, I am all the better for it. The folks at Oliver treat you with such a welcoming vibe from the moment you arrive. We got a chance to tour the static models out front, and Phil was great in showing us the factory tour to see how all the quality and craftsmanship that goes into making an Ollie from start to finish. You can tell they take a lot of pride in each Oliver made. One thing I have learned in the past 3 or 4 months in this journey to find an RV/Trailer, this is not a decision to make lightly and quality does matter and is apparent when you know the difference. We still have some months to go before we make a final decision but if you're considering, make sure you make a trip to TN and put the Oliver on your list of finalist!

We are full-time RV travelers, and while traveling through the area we had a problem with the hydraulics on one of our slides while stopped at a truck stop, and the slide was creeping out. It was the kind of issue that could have left us stranded with no easy way to continue our trip. Mark and Francesca fit us into their schedule on a Friday before a holiday weekend, and we were incredibly grateful that they were willing to help us on such short notice. Everyone was friendly, reassuring, and genuinely seemed to care about getting us back on the road. Neil, the technician who worked on our motorhome, was awesome. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and took the time to figure out the problem and get everything working again. He also explained what he was doing. We felt like our RV was in very capable hands. When you live and travel full-time in an RV, having something go wrong on the road can be incredibly stressful. Businesses that are willing to help travelers in a difficult situation make a huge difference, and Cedar City RV certainly did that for us. Thank you to Mark, Francesca, Neil, and the entire Cedar City RV team for fitting us in, taking care of us, and getting us back on the road. We are extremely appreciative and would absolutely recommend them to other RV'ers.

When we finally had a Sales Associate assigned to us, after a 40min wait...again they were busy, we told him we were looking to purchase to purchase a Class C. He showed us a few, but none seemed to match what we wanted. He had one last one to show us that he said had what we were looking for. The RV was locked so he excused himself to get the keys. So we waited. And waited. And waited. He never returned. When I walked inside, I observed him introducing himself to another couple and taking yo to look at travel trailers. So you leave customers outside, in a light rain, and blow them off? Needless to say, I will NEVER do business with Camping World Murfreesboro. We left there and went to Nashville RV in Franklin and found an incredible Class C that we ended up purchasing. Camping World, just because you're the biggest dealership on the block doesn't make you the best. Far from it.

The salesman suggested putting a hold on it until the next day when we could call Ford to verify if our truck had the capacity. We found out that it could NOT, so we emailed the salesman Brian, immediately and asked for the money to be refunded. We hoped to find another camper with them instead. We were told NO. They would not refund our money. They claimed that "no refund" was written on the receipt but there was no such disclaimer. When we asked to speak with the sales manager or the owner the salesman laughed at us and said "Good luck getting a hold of him. He's never here." Brian lied at one point and told the secretary to "tell them I AM the sales manager." He was rude and downright unprofessional in the phone. He laughed at us when we politely asked for a refund and told us not to "make it personal". I'm sorry. $1000 is personal to us. He would not return our calls. This company would rather have kept $1000 from a retired Army Vet Green Beret with 9 deployments and a Kindergarten Teacher than offer the money back and ensure that we will be return customers. When the owner, Jett finally returned our calls he was not apologetic at all for the way everything was handled or how unprofessionally Brian treated us. In the end, after bribing us by saying, "If you take down the negative reviews, we will return your money" they finally returned it to us... 2 months later. We will NOT be going back and would NEVER recommend.
