Just want to give kudos to Adam and Ryan in the service department. I road an hour and a half to get my radio flashed. There was a bit of confusion about when it should be done, before or after amp install. Instead of telling me no and sending me on my way, Adam went online and researched the process, along with asking Ryan. Although Ryan stated that he had plenty of experience doing audio installations, he stayed open to new information. Recent experience was surreal. I'd been dreaming about a new H-D. My Road Glide Limited, although a fantastic touring bike for 2-up, had become more massive than I need for solo touring and canyon carving. I went to Saguaro H-D to check out the CVO ST and rode one home! I'm still in a dream like fog! Many thanks to Adam, Maverick, Nate, and a few others who treated me extremely well. A true test of a dealership is when there's a problem. I knew I had one the minute I rolled up to my garage on the ride home . My new-to-me Pan Am was making an engine noise it shouldn't have been making. They told me not to ride it and picked the bike up two days later. The manager left early for his Phoenix appointment to pick up the needed parts. They installed a whole next-gen charging system to correct the weakness I uncovered. I doubt anyone else would have discovered the problem as it took a long ride at highway speed to make it show up. They took their time and fixed it right. The service manager, Adam, took some time to show me what they did and a few examples of how to set up the custom ride modes. I tried one on the way home and it was sweet. So a potentially negative experience got turned into a very positive. Now I feel like I can talk to Adam any time I need to. And, Dave, the tech. who fixed the bike, is my go-to guy if anything ever happens again. I believe Saguaro Harley put my satisfaction before the bottom line - very rare these days! read more

I took my bike to get looked at , this time they completely forgot to put one f the side covers on and I had to go chase it down, the time before that I had them replace the brake fluid and they forgot to hook the ABS sensor so the ABS light came on I ended up paying out of pocket to have it checked. The place isn't horrible but these little inconveniences that they fall short on is not good. I hope they start paying better attention otherwise I will have to find another mechanic for my bike. read more

Bought a bike from them used, paid cash. They told me they went through the bike and it was mechanical sound. Unfortunately I didnt test drive the bike or I would have never left left their shop like that. They sent me on the road with bad cables, clutch had never been adjusted, about 6" to long and could pull about 3" of slack from the perch. After looking through the bike in noticed a lot of things that were concerning. I took it to an independent shop for a second opinion. Ended up spending over $1,000 to fix problems with the bike that were pre existing and told would be taken care of. Tried reaching out to them multiple times but kept getting swept under the rug. I had my Basic motorcycle riding course at this location. I got the chance to room around look at the motorcycles. Well presented. It's like going to the Museum of modern motorcycle art. Plenty of people very busy place. People were coming and going and looking and asking and it was vibrant. Motorcycles are well presented and the facility is very appealing. Very fancy. Easy to get in and out. Plenty of parking. Close to Highway. I had the same feeling I get when I go to for four hotels. Staff are friendly. No attitude. Imagine this...I sold a 2019 Streetglide back to Harley Davidson of Tucson. I went in on a Saturday to sign paperwork, signed over the title and was given a check. I took the check directly to the bank where I was told the check had not been released and couldn't be deposited. I called Harley and was told they would call me right back. They called, said it should be fine. Went in the bank, was told again it couldn't be deposited. Embarrassing. Called Harley was told it should be released in 15 minutes. Drove an hour and a half home, went to the bank... check can't be deposited. Embarrassed again. Called Harley. Was told they would get to the bottom of it and call me back. Now I have no bike, no title, no money. No call back Saturday. They are closed Sunday and Monday. Tried to deposit check on Monday. Told it was not able to be deposited. The bank employees are looking at me like I'm a scam artist failing. Four times I tried to deposit this check and four times I was told it couldn't be deposited! Called Harley first thing Tuesday and was told they didn't know what was wrong, the check was good. They gave me the number to finance where I argued with the lady telling me the check was good. She said she'd get back to me. Nothing. Called back at 1:00 and left another message. She calls, apologized and said they would bring me another check the next day. I'm livid. They have my bike, the title and I haven't been paid, now I have to wait another day and hope this check clears. I decide to escalate the matter a la Karen style and call asking to talk to the store General Manager who I was told is named Jeff. This was 1:30. I called and left 3 messages for Jeff to call me and he never even gave me the courtesy of five minutes of his time. I am completely out of nice now, ergo this review. Beware selling anything back to Harley Davidson of Tucson, they are quick to take your money but not so good at giving it back. And Jeff still hasn't called... read more
