    My dream machine

Yet another great experience at this place this time with mechanics. They were fast and took care of what was needed immediately. Gotta say this place handles customers like family. Great job

Old Pueblo H-D gets five stars from me because they kept me in the loop, and went above and beyond to get the bike I wanted at their shop. Terry, my sales advisor, was very helpful maintaining a great conversation~ without being pushy or making those annoying phone calls that so many other dealerships do that end up feeling somewhat over the top. He made sure to always check in and confirm points of interest, which I really appreciated. He also stood by and took some great pics for me. After I rang the bell, Chris came out to congratulate and thank me as well. Reg was my finance manager and I wanted to make sure to say thanks to him here too. Reg made it a very quick and simple process, summarizing things for me. Terry, has continued to be as helpful as he was from day one, even after he closed the sale. I will say, even riding away from Old Pueblo on my new ride felt even better than when I first walked in! All I can do, is recommend 10/10.

Not impressed. Drove up parked my Zepher Blue Road King Special in front. Several men walked by and not even so much as a hello. Can I help you. The only person who greeted me was the lady at the sales counter. I left. Harley ownership is all about friendship. Not here. I'll go visit the other dealership and see wat they're all about.

Dropped in to pick up a part needed. I had earlier called in to see if they had the part and Justin in parts was very helpful. He went and grabbed the item and ensured it was the correct part and color wanted before I drove there to pick it up. Justin was helpful from the phone call to actually getting the item when we got there. When we first walked in I immediate noticed how clean the store was and how fancy it looked. I've been to a lot of Harley Dealerships and even sold them for awhile; this one was clean, very well put together and an pen floor plan. The staff from the Parts section to the cashier (Andrea "Andy") was helpful in all or questions. Andy was very nice and joked around with me and my friend while checking out. The store itself is relatively small compared to other dealerships. There are two dealerships in Tucson, so the smaller setting may be better for a first time buyer. I have had my own motorcycle serviced at this store about a year and a half ago, and I remember them being friendly and willing to share knowledge about my motorcycle.

I first experienced the positive and welcoming energies of this business when I visited for the first time 2021 Thanksgiving weekend. Terry spoke directly to me about what my thought, interests and experience riding is. What do I want to do on my bike and all of the questions that would best allow him to help me get the perfect bike for me! I did not want to make an impulse buy, needed to take my riding course (again) after @ hiatus from riding and he never pressured me any of the times I came in. I found my hearts desire 6/23/22. The entire team here is amazing! Dove also got me connected with the women's night that was coming up as well as helping me pick out some stylish Harley gear. I will be back, often!

I'm like a kid in a candy store on his way to Disneyland when I shop at Harley Davidson! I was only here to window shop and ended spending over $30,000 by the time I walked out (in my mind!) I didn't really buy anything but priced out a new motorcycle, prepaid service, extended warranty, boots, jackets, helmets, and on and on and, well you get the idea! Oh and I can't forget a great set of pipes. This store is clean, pristine and well laid out, shiny chrome displayed in all the right places! The store is a lot smaller than the main store that's out on I 10, but I really enjoy this smaller atmosphere. The staff have more time to interact with you and answer questions and its easier to get around the store without as many customers in the aisles. I met with a longtime friend Danny, the parts manager, while I was there. I've known him since 2003, great man with a lot of insight on the latest motorcycles, trends, and parts. I spoke to several salesman while I was there but there were no high pressured tactics to try and get me to buy something before I walked out the door, I'm a prior Harley Davidson owner so they know I'm most likely pretty serious. Positives about this store, great staff, great location, great product! Negatives - I cant afford more than one motorcycle!

Definitely check out this place if you are looking for a new bike, UTV or service. Well worth the 1+ hour ride for us. Now I have to decide if I still want to sell this bike or keep it. I am the second owner and it has just over 3,000 on the odometer. Yes 3,000.

BF motorcycle and he dropped it on the side and broke the foot peg mount, so back to the shop it goes. He had some scratches on that side and a broken directional that we bought a replacement for and didn't put it on yet. We brought it to these guys, the only ones we trust that do the job right. The BF gave them a whole list of things to fix. The brake rotors, foot peg mount, paint all of the scrapes on the fairings and put in the directional and he wanted his wheels painted red now to match the rest of the bike. If I can get a picture of the bike, I will attach it later. It is a 1991 Kawasaki ZX-11 Ninja we had painted white with red accents and put a lot of work into it. That year was black and rose and he didn't like those colors. It took the shop weeks to find a foot peg mount. The cost for just the wheels to be painted was $600. Another $200 for the touch up painting. We put down $800. We got a call the fork seals were leaking, another $200 and they said the battery also needed replacing..grrrrrr that happens when it sits not running for months, the battery was less than 1-2 yrs old and was fine when we dropped it off..they should've disconnected it or put a trickle charger on it.. Weeks later, we came up with $1000 to put toward the total cost..the total after the $800 was another $2400 and change but he said "for cash price, it will be $2200 for you guys since you are such good customers". When I wanted to drive to pay the $1000 cash, my car starter went out. I called and made a cc/dc payment over the phone. I talked the owner into the cash price when I paid the remaining amount of $2200 cash. For some reason, we didn't get a receipt or ask for one. I guess we were too excited to get it back and I made sure they didn't charge for storage to get the full amt paid to get it out. Total price was $3000. That's a lot of money!...The day finally came...We went to pay for the bike not noticing it was outside by the front ready to go. Beautiful, perfect, OMG the wheels, etc.....wait..........OMG, the seat has a tear in the material...BF not good with confrontation. I ran inside and no one was at the front. I got the mechanic that worked on the bike to go outside. He shrugged it off, saying the cost cracked it since it is older material! Those cold frosty nights in the 30's temps must've did it. He tried to find me a place that would give us a good price on the upholstery, but couldn't find it, he just said the area on the other side of town where it is located. ???Why didn't anyone call us as soon as they saw the tear to ask if they could get a quote on a price or at least let us know it happened????Couldn't they have prevented it by covering the seat and isn't it temp controlled in the shop or was it left outside? Aren't they partially responsible for the cost? We decided on an expensive future option of having it recovered in red instead of black anyway. Not happy at all about this though. WHY would a reputable shop that did such beautiful work and we spent so much money let this go without taking at least partial responsibility, even if they say it is old and act like it was just an "Act of God"??? If I were the owner, I wouldn't let this perfect experience become bitter sweet for my customer. I put duct tape over it and am still disappointed to this day. BF doesn't want me to call them to complain since he wants them to fix the transmission for the gear that sticks 2nd) and doesn't want to "ruffle feathers". If you read this whole story, let me know what you think.

I didn't know it was the iABS, but from all my research since that time they should have recognized it based on the symptoms. I would have respected that and understood. Flash forward, having tinkered with the bike on and off, I finally sought the help of Bee Mer Werx because they are the only real alternative to the dealer and they work on BMW motorcycles under model year 2005. Paul responded quickly to my emails. Drop off was easy at his clean shop. He immediately told me he suspected it was the iABS. After inspection, he stated it was the iABS and gave me options on the repair. He also listened to my own information and research on the issue. We did a work around until we can get a better repair option. The diagnostic and repair was reasonable in cost. The professionalism and openness was great. Takes cash, check or , for 2% more, credit card. We have a plan for completing the repairs which I will be returning to Bee Mer Werx to complete. Thanks Paul!

I ride a Ducati and have owned 3 other bikes in the past (another Ducati, a vintage Honda cafe bike, and two Jap sport bikes). I was considering buying another vintage bike and wanted to ask Paul questions about vintage BMW bikes. All of my questions were answered and Paul was more than willing to provide info and recommendations for me. About the shop: its clean, well kept and organized. The bikes were in different phases of maintenance or rebuild, but it was very easy for me to tell what work was being done since Paul is methodical and organized. Some shop owners have a hard time saying "No" to new customers or taking on new work, which usually means existing customers or work already in progress gets delayed, or details are overlooked. It was obvious to me Paul was very good about keeping his schedule in order so all of his customers were able to expect their bikes to be completed on time. I decided not to purchase another bike, I've got a Ducati Monster and dont feel like spending more time and money on another bike. But Paul has been a good resource for me since I visited his shop since I continued to look at potentially buying a bike in the Seattle area where I live. If you are ever in the Tucson area and on a road trip on your BMW road bike or adventure/dual sport, make time to stop by and see Paul.
