My son decided to look into it himself to see if he could salvage his car. He found a wire that had become disconnected. He fused it back together, changed his oil and his car is running smooth as can be. My son took his receipt in and told them the mistakes they made and let them know he's fixed it himself. They did not offer a refund, which I think would be The right thing to do in this case. I'm not sure if the mechanic is dishonest or incompetent...either way, bad business. Will not be going back.

I just barely got my license plate for the truck after 86 days of possession. It's got to the point where my credit union said I have 10 days for them to get the title or changes will be made that will affect my loan. Conor said in person that he would have a visor sent to me in the mail because the truck didn't have one.... Have yet to receive that. As well as I haven't heard from him since the day I walked out with the truck (August 8th). Throughout the process I've called the dealership multiple times and they wouldn't answer. Being in the sales industry, this is not okay and seems like they only care about a paycheck instead of caring for customers. Would definitely not recommend doing business with this specific dealership, not because of the product but because of the people and how the processes has been.

I chose Martin's because it was close to home and convenient. I took my car to Martin's where a tech made notes on the damage and took several photo's. I was told by the tech that he would send the estimate to the insurance. The insurance rep told me that they would contact Martin's to get a copy of the estimate as well. It's been over a week and four requests to Martin's from the insurance company for the estimate with no response from Martin's. My damaged vehicle cannot be repaired until a copy of the estimate is sent from Martin's. They ether don't care or just don't want the business.

Worst experience I have ever had with a company. We were given a bid of around $1,800 and a turn…read morearound time of 4 days. We were given other bids around the same amount by multiple companies so we decided to go here since it was closer. After 4 days we still hadn't heard anything and so we called in. The response was that they hoped to have it done that day and they would call us. At the end of the day they called and said it would be another 2 days before it was done. 2 days later we still hadn't heard anything so we called back in. Same response that they hoped to have it done that day and would call us as soon as it was done. The NEXT day we received a call at 5:50pm saying we could come pick it up as it was done but they close at 6pm. So we picked the car up the next morning and the final bill was over $4,400!! Not once did I receive a phone call explaining that it was going to be more or why. Not once did they proactively call me to tell me they wouldn't be done on time and not once did they ever ask if the additional services they performed (that more than doubled the bid amount) was something I wanted them to do. And to top it all off two days later we had to take the car back in and they had it for a day while they took it to the dealership in Salt Lake City to get the camera calibrated, because they replaced a mirror that didn't need to be replaced and didn't calibrate the cameras (and I would have rather not paid $1,700 for a new mirror. But had I been asked if this was something I wanted done I could have told them no). The day I went in to discuss this with the general manager they were all in a training and when I asked to have someone call me back I still haven't received a phone call. Not once have I received an explanation of why I was charged more than twice the bid amount and I have never received an apology. Do not use this company. There are many other choices around and I wish that I would have used anyone else.
