I would have never come to this realization if it was not for the theta healing and coaching sessions I received from Raquel and V-Saga team. This woman right here, is a one stop shop. To me Raquel is a healer, coach, yogi and a teacher. What sets her apart from any other life coach or healer, is that she is not in this game for the money. She wants you to get it and understand it at a core level, because her philosophy is, she has billions of others who want to live fulfilled lives and she is here to help them with that. Initially her coaching was not doing anything for me, and not because she was not good at what she does, but because my BS wiring I had was all screwed up. I have been on this earth for over 40 years, so you can image all the BS wiring/programing I had to unwire/un -program because I was not raised in a nurturing environment. So how did Raquel help me. Thanks to her theta healing sessions, I was able to realize at cellular level that my wiring at a young age was inaccurate. But prior to realizing how my thoughts became my actions; I used to operate my life in such a harmful way. Prior to Raquel doing any theta healing massage sessions, I was in a 5-year relationship, in where I knew my initiate partner was cheating on me, but I was unable to break up with him, until those theta sessions finally hit my hard wiring. As a result of the rape and my parents abandoning me, I told myself at a very young age that I was not loveable or valuable. Unconsciously, I kept repeating this same song all the way to my adult life. So, you can imagine all the situations "I unconsciously" put myself through in all my adult life. Am I completely healed? Of course not, but I can tell you that I definitely have drastically moved the needle in my life. I no longer operate from or put myself in situations where I am not the highest priority. Why? Because something inside me changed. My operating system was updated with new software. Thank you Raquel for always having the patience with me and not giving up on me. I will forever love you. I was so blessed to have found Katherine who has amazing healing energy. Even just sitting and chatting with her, prior to my session, I could feel my energy lift and a tingling around my head and shoulders which was interesting in itself. To date I've had three weekly sessions with Katherine, and each time I have left feeling far more relaxed, balanced, and better able to cope. I will continue to see her weekly, for awhile, as it feels like each session builds on the next. When I leave all of my symptoms are lessened, but I believe over time the outcome will be more permanent. I feel very comfortable with Katherine, and I'm able to relax and receive the healing energy she emits. The overall experience works to heal my mind, body, and spirit. This office is a great option if you are not wanting to bill insurance. Practitioner knowledge and results from my assessment continue to be positive. While I continue to have decent results from the assessment and recommendation of Dr Valenzuela, it was the office experience related to billing that garnered this not so fab review. I was a cash patient recommended to her office by another practitioner. I needed the superbill with the Dx codes on it to submit to my insurance company for reimbursement as this office doesn't work directly with insurance. I have asked for this code on the receipt from my last visit three times now since mid December and received no reply. At one point, I was told by Dr Emily that if I book my appts, the DX code isn't on the superbill, but if she books it, it is. Why is their a "book online" option on their website if she wants to book the appts? Furthermore, I paid her over $400 and am only asking for a Dx code for the last visit. It takes less than 5 minutes to add this to the superbill! Her last reply to me is and I quote. "We are a cash base business, because what we do in our clinic is generally not covered by insurance. So sorry we couldn't be of more help. The best thing I can do in the future is recommend getting an HSA insurance plan. You put money into an account that you can use for services such as mine or your chiropractor and then your insurance premiums are lower. Good luck" The HSA is a great suggestion but not attainable for me at this time. I did end up getting partial reimbursement for the initial visit from my insurance, and I know others who have these services covered by their insurance, they just have to bill and need the Dx code! Not a big ask when you are charging $225 for the initial visit and $90 for follow ups! Sheesh! I have since found another practitioner who does what this office does and does bill insurance and is super easy to work with. As sad as it is for me to give this review, the lack of response from Dr Emily speaks for itself.

However I had never really honed in on my thyroid health and fertility and wanted to prior to conceiving as I was anxious that it would be impossible to get pregnant due to my diagnosis, or would take longer than most. I also knew that if I was to become pregnant, my risk of miscarriage was much higher. Therefore both my husband and I started to see Emily regularly about 8 months prior to when we wanted to start trying. She took me through the CellCore supplement program where I detoxed from heavy metals, parasites, viruses (all big triggers for autoimmune disease) and more, and additionally worked on my thryoid and adrenals with acupuncture. Within a few months I started to feel huge changes, my skin cleared up, my hair stopped falling out, my brain fog had dissipated and I felt so good and really prepared to try for a baby. I have known about Cranio-Sacral Therapy for a long time, and have had some work done over the…read moreyears with great success. What I did not know, however, was that this treatment could be directed at the heart! Thirty-two years ago I had a multiple birth (triplets) when I was 40 years old. It was an awful pregnancy and I have many, many "left over" issues. The worst was the development of SVT - Supra Ventricular Tachycardia. In this arrhythmia, an area of my heart tends to periodically "take over" the heart beat system and my heart will jump from 68 beats per minute up to 180 beats per minute in a nanosecond. This leaves me lightheaded, weak and very uncomfortable. I have been treated with a Beta Blocker (Atenelol) with moderate success. The dosage was increased over the years and now, here I am at 71 years old, taking the maximum dose, and the SVT is breaking through the treatment and I am experiencing 5-6 episodes a week. I was scheduled to have an ablation surgery done at the end of April 2025. Enter Kayt Hughes. Kayt is a Cranio Sacral Practitioner who has a specialized area of treatment for cardiac conditions. I have been living in CA for the past 3 months and I thought I would visit her and see what happened. Lo! And Behold! After my first session I found that episodes of SVT would begin but did not break through! And now, after three weeks, I continue to improve and am having fewer and fewer symptoms.
