Things like cell phones, antennas, routers, Bluetooth devices. For the most part I am okay, if I am in an area with not such EMF or when I am shielded from it. In looking to ease the effects of EMF, I was looking for a Schuman resonance generator, and that search suggested biofield tuning forks. I am like what? I have never heard of that before, so I watched so many videos with Eileen, found certified practitioners in my area and ended up with an appointment with Kathryn. This is something so different from anything I done. The theory is that your body has a biofield, that extends 6 feet from your body. The outer edge has to do with your birth and from there to the most recent years - the closest to your body. The tuning forks are activated and then the practitioner moves towards your body clearing stuck emotions. Pretty interesting. You need to read up on it. The appointment was for 90 minutes. 30 minutes a chat and 60 minutes of the actual tuning. As she walked towards my body finding emotions and events in my past, she was clearing them out. She also found some deficiencies or challenges in some of my organs. She also suggested I need a cleanse (same supplements as any Functional Medicine practitioner would). Kathryn was really kind, warm and positive. I got 2 insights that I did not have before. 1) We all need a body cleanse/detox at least once a year. Pollution, metals, chemicals, accumulate in our body and your body can take so much until it cannot heal it self and you get sick. It makes so much sense, never suggested to me before. 2) How do you cope with so many "polluting" events/energy now a days? You just trust your body. Your body is meant to heal itself, trust your body. In other words, do not worry or have anxiety. Your body can heal. Please note that you still need to be doing the best to help your body. Eat clean food and water, exercise, walk, move, and keep your body in tune (get it?) After the session, I actually got sick that night. I cannot say if it was from the turning as my body was detoxing or from the EMFs in her office. Some childhood events came back to mind as I woke up with a burning skin on my left shoulder, something I never felt before - I am sure this part came from the session. I got the books from the Biofield author as I am going deep in this subject. I would love to learn more about this and work with Kathryn along the way.
