Although, there were some advantages to Childtime, like an app that allowed you to get real time updates (like baby connect), we have found the staff and particularly the administration to be far superior at NT Kindercare. We enjoy the staff so much we actually use one of his teachers as a babysitter. Also, the administration does a great job at communicating with parent, whether it be staff changes, safety notices, and simple requests. My wife and I went all the local child care places in the area and NT Kindercare stand above all of them, in our humble opinion.

It is obvious he feels comfortable and is happy each day when dropped off and picked up. Both the owner, Sandeep, and director, Amee, are extremely personable. They keep an open communication line between the parents, teachers, and themselves; making it easy to feel confident and comfortable with leaving our little boy in their care. Our little one is crawling and beginning to want to walk, so he will be moving to the First Steps room in the next few weeks. The staff made us feel right at home, and we weren't nervous leaving him here at all. This is only his second week, but so far, we love it. The woman who takes him in the morning is so good with him, and she is genuinely excited to see our baby in the morning. I always feel really good after leaving him there. Then in the afternoon, when I come to pick him up, the ladies give me good feedback, they keep good track of when he slept, ate and went to the bathroom. He's always clean and in the same outfit I packed, so I think they're way better at burping him then me! People already know me by name. The other parents seem very friendly and happy with the daycare as well. I'm looking forward to getting to know the parents and to watch our kid's relationships develop as they grow up together!

The teachers are so gentle with the children . Such a loving place . I will say children are treated good here , strict on staff so rules will not be broken at this center and I love this. It's a safe place for children here . I trust the staff with my child here and I have seen the postive impact the center has made on my daughter and myself, they really pure their soul into the children and staff. They do treat the kids well and I see staff that really love and adore the kids so that is important . They just need some changes and I'm sure over time they will bc again with new management it's changing slowly in an amazing way - I so love how they have changed the rooms and so good on the curriculum . However my boss is strict on me so I can't complain , I actually like the fact she really digs into me when I'm not on my top game daily which makes me do and want to even better .
