From the very beginning, Mackenzie was incredibly organized, thoughtful, and supportive. She listened closely to what we envisioned, offered so many great ideas, and tied everything together. The vendors she recommended were spot-on and brought our entire weekend to life in a way that exceeded all expectations. During the planning process, our venue went through a few management changes, and Mackenzie handled everything so smoothly. She was on top of every detail and ensured nothing fell through the cracks. She's an excellent troubleshooter with a calm, positive energy that made planning not just easy, but also enjoyable. We are so grateful for her and cannot recommend Details Darling highly enough!

    HIRING GRACE WAS THE BEST DECISION WE MADE FOR OUR WEDDING!…read more After extensive research, I reached out to Grace from Unveiled by Grace with only a few months left to plan our 250-guest wedding. Not only did Grace plan our wedding in that short amount of time (about 4 months) but she also planned our rehearsal dinner and welcome party the day before. Somehow, she made everything feel effortless. The wedding was beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of. Grace handled EVERYTHING, from venue coordination, food, drinks, logistics, rentals, linens, signage, party favors, website details, photography, videography, florals, hair and makeup and even helping secure approvals with the fire marshal for real candles and full drapery. Every vendor she recommended was incredible and together they created the absolute dream team. We had countless calls and probably millions of text messages from me, especially as a Type A bride, and Grace was patient, responsive, organized and always one step ahead. She truly understood our vision and made us feel supported throughout the entire process. Our welcome party, rehearsal dinner and wedding day were PERFECT. Honestly, beyond perfect. Guests are still telling us it was the best wedding they have ever attended. Our wedding party and immediate family kept saying not only was it the best wedding ever, but that we had assembled the best vendor team imaginable all thanks to Grace. What meant the most to me was how stress-free she made everything feel. My husband and I were actually able to enjoy our wedding day because Grace handled every big and small detail behind the scenes. She even made sure tray passes and our signature cocktails were brought to our getting-ready suite because she knew we would miss them while taking photos and doing makeup touch-ups. Those little thoughtful moments meant everything. If I could do my wedding all over again, Grace would be my very first call. Too bad she only does weddings because I would absolutely hire her again for baby showers, birthdays and anniversaries too. Even after the wedding, she still answers my random questions and checks in on us. This is probably the longest review I have ever written, but Grace deserves every word.     My wife and I had already done a lot of the planning for our wedding and in accordance with our…read morevenues requirements, we hired Nam as our wedding coordinator for a 30 day out and day of service. We were initially very impressed with his initiative to get started ahead of that timeline and to offer to take over many responsibilities that we did not ask or expect him to do. With less than 6 weeks to the wedding he started missing his own self imposed deadlines to get back to us with various tasks which started making us uneasy as we would have already have taken care of them if it was still left to us. My wife had a conversation with him 3 weeks prior to the wedding regarding that issue and his general unresponsiveness, he accepted responsibility and put us at ease. While we really like his calm demeanor both leading up to and during the day of the wedding, he was not on top of the itinerary from the beginning to the end and we both felt like he was simply in over his head. Others stepped in numerous times to do his job (notably our photographer/videographer) and help keep the wedding on track with the timeline we had created. Certain things were asked of him several times and yet neither he nor his two helpers (who we were mostly impressed with) delivered. For a smaller wedding (ours had over 200 people) it is very possible that he would do a good job, we however regretted our decision to hire him. Also, we contacted him a couple times regarding items he/his team did not retrieve from our ceremony and he neglected to follow up.

You really cant say that about every vendor or wedding coordinator out there. For some vendors its just a contract but for Amber its creating a bond and we are grateful for that. Amber was very instrumental with our art deco theme ideas designing our invitation card, save the date cards, and using old luggage as part of our theme. Our wedding went off without a hitch. There were no problems with any of the vendors and they all knew what they had to do and at what time. All thanks to Amber and her amazing managerial skills and timeline mastery. We got what we wanted, to spend our wedding day with friends and family that we love stress free and most importantly smiling throughout the night celebrating our special day. Button Events offers much more than just day-of - they met us for a walk-through at the vendor, were in regular contact with us about scheduling and the timeline, and gave us a number of great vendors to work with. They were responsive to all our millions of questions and emails and helped us put together the wedding we wanted (which ended up being rather complicated!). On the day of, Lynnie and Lora were professional, well-organized and made sure our wedding went off without a hitch! We couldn't have managed it without them. I highly recommend Button Events if you're looking for someone who will make sure your wedding or event goes perfectly!

The problem is when it came down to my own wedding, who was going to be MY rock. In steps Lynnie, which was a last minute decision. Was I ever glad that I made that decision. We were already working with her partner, Lo (see my review for LoMotion) for our wedding choreography. We were sad to find out that Lo was already booked for another event. That was my fault, I waited until 6 weeks before the wedding. Lynnie stepped up to the plate, help me organize and remind me of things that I needed to do. Trust me, no matter how organized and together you think you are for a wedding, your brain will become zombie mush. I was grateful for all the thoughtfulness she puts into her job. And the day of the wedding, she was amazing. She was there but very stealthy and at the ready. She was always anticipating the next step and kept an eye out for me. She was more awesome than JLo in "The Wedding Planner" with her kit of magic - she whipped my hair up in the reception bathroom in moments and created the perfect updo that stayed the rest of the evening. She even greeted me with blotting paper, knowing that I was about to get hit up our own paparazzi. Just to put it all in one sentence - she made our evening stress free and magical. We found the Say I Do to Details team online and I was highly impressed by their good reviews. Their planning exceeded my expectations. From being always available, to providing suggestions and insight into timeline, and coordinating everything so well the day of, their team is simply the best. I admire their passion for planning and it was so incredible working with them. I worked with Paola and Sandra directly and Sandra was there day of. Paola and Sandra are very experienced, professional, and kind. Both were actively involved in the planning process. I'm extremely type A and it's hard for me to trust people to take over (especially when I knew it was one of the most important days in my life) and take on tasks, but I trusted them 100%. To start off, they have a lot of experience working at Terannea, which made things a lot easier for us and helped things run smoothly. Moreover, the vendors I selected knew of Paola and Sandra and their team and I admired their good reputation in the wedding industry. Knowing what I know now, it would have been easier for me to have hired them as full on planning instead of day of coordination just because they're so good at what they do that I really trust every decision they make. I keep getting comments from my family and friends that the wedding was one of the best they've been to. Moreover I've received many comments specifically from my bridal party and close family about the incredible planning team keeping the day so smooth and on track. There's a trend on social media about "wedding regrets" and my husband and I keep saying to eachother thankfully that we have zero regrets. Every vendor was amazing and the planning team really went above and beyond what was asked of them and for that I'm forever grateful.
