You helped us completely transform my grandmother's home in Beverly Hills into the most magical wedding ceremony in a matter of 2 weeks. Even though our initial wedding dreams completely shifted, somehow this became even more meaningful for us. We were surrounded by our closest friends and family who witnessed our gorgeous Chuppah and our truly sentimental ceremony. What Best Bride did for us in such a short amount of time was truly remarkable! While we had to significantly cut down our guest count Leora made sure that every possible Covid precaution was taken to keep our family and loved ones safe while still giving us a day more magical than we ever dreamed of. Leora was also so good at calming me down during the morning stress of the day and I can't thank her enough for that! I've since recommended Leora to my best friend who also was so grateful to have her plan her dream wedding. Since our venue did not provide any services, we hired all of our own vendors. 3LB was essential in ensuring everyone was coordinated and in place on the wedding day. Additionally, because we used their rental equipment, their staff ensured everything was set up exactly according to our instructions. I want to specifically highlight our wedding day coordinator, Jennifer. She was terrific and served as a calming influence throughout the day, ensuring everyone was where they needed to be. I cannot recommend Three Little Birds enough. To anyone considering their services: do yourself a favor and hire this team; you won't be disappointed.

We had an unbelievably disappointing experience with 3 Little Birds for our chairs and linens…read morerentals during a corporate event. The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.

At that point, the only thing we had selected was our venue. Other than that, we honestly had no idea where to begin, what needed to be done, or which vendors to choose. Just thinking about everything involved was overwhelming and stressful. After we officially began working with JK Wedding Events, Jimmy, the founder, introduced us to our wedding coordinator, April Lee. Because of the short timeline, my wife and I felt extremely rushed and were constantly thinking, "How are we going to get all of this done?" But Jimmy and April continually reassured us that everything would be okay--and they were right. What we appreciated most was that they never made us feel pressured or bossed around. Instead, they guided us with the heart of a teacher. They patiently walked alongside us, explained what needed to happen, and helped us make decisions throughout the entire process. That was exactly what we were looking for. They helped us navigate practically every major vendor decision, including photography and videography, hair and makeup, catering, flowers, draping, tableware rentals, our wedding cake, and even recommendations for wedding dresses and tuxedos. Honestly, if my wife and I had tried to research and coordinate all of those vendors by ourselves, it probably would have caused so many headaches and arguments that we might not have had a wedding at all! Of course, planning any wedding will come with some ups and downs, but JK Wedding Events minimized the stress as much as anyone possibly could. When our wedding day finally arrived in July 2026, everything was on point. All of the vendors understood the plan, everything was executed smoothly, and April did an amazing job keeping the day on schedule and making sure everything continued flowing without any issues. Jimmy also served as our MC and DJ during the reception, and he was fantastic! He kept our guests engaged, entertained, and laughing while maintaining a fun atmosphere throughout the night. His music selections kept everyone enjoying the vibe and made the celebration even more memorable. It has now been about a month since our wedding, and I am finally catching up and writing this review because JK Wedding Events absolutely deserves the recognition. Whether you need help planning your wedding from the very beginning, finding a venue, selecting vendors, or coordinating any other part of the process, I highly recommend reaching out to Jimmy and the JK Wedding Events team. For example, during planning, we were dead set on having a "last hour" EDM set, with a curated mix with mashups, remixes, edits, etc., but James graciously communicated that it's difficult in a wedding environment, as it's more about keeping guests dancing and engaged than "performing", as a EDM DJ normally would at a show or club. This was something we really appreciated. He was an absolute ace during the wedding ceremony and reception. As MC, he kept our guests involved, made announcements with grace and charisma, and masterfuly navigated different guests' (drunk) personalities during a game. As DJ - he played our requests but also took positive creative liberties to keep people dancing, all of which we appreciated. JM Events came recommended to me by my photographer who had been in the wedding industry for over a decade. I set up a call with Lilian and we went over my vision for what kind of event I was envisioning and she discussed what kinds of services JME could provide for our event and also shared that they had planned and coordinated similar type events in the recent past. After our call, I also had meetings with other event coordination companies and it was clear to me that JM Events would be the best fit for us as they seemed the most competent and professional. I also liked that JM Events was based nearby our venue. Two months ahead of the event, Alexis began working with us. We tossed around a lot of high-level ideas we were considering and Alexis provided insight on whether or not or how they would work within the constraints of our venue and timeline. Alexis and Lilian also had vendor recs at the ready at different price points whenever we needed them as well. Over time we narrowed down which ideas we wanted at our wedding and Alexis provided invaluable insight on wedding logistics and restaurant service ops that we should consider in our planning. She attended our venue walkthrough with us so that we could begin to visualize placement for different "stations" at our wedding and also served as our advocate with the various vendors we had hired. She also checked in with us and the vendors over increments in time so that we met all of our venue deadlines and to ensure that all of the vendors were in lockstep with what we were planning. The week of the event, Alexis worked to make sure to send out event confirmations with all of our vendors so that each vendor was prepared to arrive on time and any accommodation our vendors needed were provided. This was so impressive that my make-up artist asked me where I had found Alexis! Alexis and Lillian were consummate professionals through and through, I felt supported the entire time and any question I had was met with a very considered response that only a very experienced events planning professional could provide. Our wedding celebration was one of the best days of both my husband and my lives. We also received so many compliments on our event, like "best wedding ever" and "can I copy your entire wedding?" I was on cloud nine the whole night and in watching some of my friend's video footage I saw Alexis working in the background making sure that our timeline was executed exactly as planned. I know certainly that without JME and Alexis, our night would not have went off as seamlessly as it did and I am so grateful for JME and their team. I notified CalJump of this cancellation more than 72 hours in advance and they still have yet to process my refund despite written confirmation that they had. I have tried contacting their business numerous times via call and text and have either been ignored or told that the manager would check on it. If you do purchase their services, be sure to pay with credit in the case you need to cancel your event. They will reverse the charges for you if CalJump does not honor their refund policy.

As a self-aware 'Type-A' bride with a background in the creative and production space, my bar for hiring a wedding planner was quite high. After speaking with several throughout Southern California, I was referred to Details,Darling by a friend from college (although I had seen, saved, and favorited many of their posts coincidentally after getting engaged!) who had recently gotten married and worked with Kenzie for her Palm Springs wedding. After my initial convo with our would-be planner, I felt overcome with a sense of calm and pure excitement - a theme that would carry throughout the entire wedding planning process, as we were matched to work with a true angel on Earth and creative genius, Monica, of the DD team. Monica rose to every occasion, responded enthusiastically to every single bizarre request and above all, welcomed every idea I had no matter when, or what, it was. Monica was a pro at gracefully managing my tendency to pre-stress and overthink micro-details. She not only kept us on track and on time throughout the process but was always understanding and supportive if there was ever anything I was worried or unsure about. I felt heard and supported throughout the entire year of wedding planning. My dream wedding vision was not particularly traditional and Monica wholeheartedly embraced it and put her heart into delivering the wedding of our dreams, down to the tiniest detail with passion and incredible attention to detail. The weekend of our wedding, Monica and the DD team were always 2 steps ahead, managing every detail flawlessly and resolving any small hiccup in a way that made them virtually unnoticeable. Mackenzie is truly an angel! I have nothing but good things to say about her and my experience with Details, Darling. I live out of state, so having someone in the area that's familiar with the venues and has great relationships was crucial to my year+ long planning process! She has such a fun and yet refined sense of style and she really helped elevate my vision with her own ideas and recommendations. Apart from design, Mackenzie was also so patient, flexible, and understanding when it came to the ups and downs of determining guest count, budgets, and general wedding stresses. I can only say the best things about Alessandra and Details Darling. She most helpful when it came to our wedding planning, and was there to help us with any question we had. We initially hired Details Darling for day of coordination and 3 months out. But once the pandemic hit, they were hands on the whole time while trying to replan our wedding to a new date. We then had to switch locations from Santa Barbara to Phoenix, and again they were the most accommodating and made the entire situation stress free. She was so professional and responsive whether it was texting, calling, or email. I live in NYC and was planning a Southern California wedding. She was always available to meet whenever I'd fly into LA, even at the earliest hours of the morning. I initially sought out Lisa because of her fair pricing, but I'd easily pay double for the coordination she provided. From the minute we had an initial phone call, I could tell she was Type A, which is exactly what you need in a coordinator. My gut told me she was perfect for our wedding, and indeed she was! Wedding Lead Up: We had one initial face to face with Lisa where she got to know our needs and our vision. She provided us with super helpful google docs to keep track of decor, guest list, timeline, vendors, etc. As the months of planning progressed, she was CCd on every email with every vendor, and would follow up where necessary. As a type A person myself, I never thought I'd really need my coordinator to do much, but Lisa would always beat me to the punch with following up for missing information or details our venue and vendors had missed. Walk-through: Lisa did a walk-through with us and our venue's coordinator, where she ironed out all of the details of the floor plan and decor, and remembered to ask for things like a full length mirror in our conference room we had to do hair/makeup. Rehearsal: Lisa was great about telling everyone where to go, how to walk properly, and taking pictures for us so we could rearrange people if we needed to. Our bridesmaid was running late but she was able to coordinate with Lisa to find where we were and make it on time. We felt very at ease and ready for the wedding after the rehearsal. Wedding!!!: Lisa and her assistant were wonderful with setting up all of our decor exactly how and where we wanted it, and believe me we had a lot of it! Lisa had the perfect balance of being invisible but also available right when we needed her. She was there to give me a bandaid when my feet blistered, help my grandma with her corsage, and track down random vendors when we needed them, but also stayed behind the scenes a lot. Everyone says a coordinator is there not for if something happens but when something happens. Well, we know of no such happenings because any mishaps were handled 100% by Lisa as we were enjoying ourselves. She had a great balance of keeping us on schedule while still asking if we wanted 5 or 10 more minutes of mingling with friends. At the end of the night she packed up all of our gifts and decor for us, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. The day after our wedding she even sent us tons of pictures and boomerangs she had taken of behind the scenes moments. We hired Peace & Pine very early on in our planning stages, so we did not officially begin working together for the better part of a year, but Cassidy would check in with us monthly to see how things were going - this was very appreciated! Once our contractual engagement began, Cassidy became our right hand person and a trusted advisor. Cassidy was incredibly generous with her time. We had conference calls and face-to-face meetings with our venue and she joined in for all of it. Her presence was the ultimate stress antidote - she took copious notes on everything and was engaged every step of the way. You could tell through the whole process that she was going to have everything under control. Once the wedding weekend arrived, Cassidy took control in the best way possible. Her timelines were thorough and detailed and she became the point person for every aspect of the events. She ran our rehearsal the day before the wedding like clockwork. The wedding day was SO smooth, all because of her direction. When we arrived at the venue, everything was running on time and there were no issues at all...and if there were then Cassidy did a great job of handling them without us knowing! Throughout the evening, Cassidy remained by our side or at least always within sight. It was so reassuring to have her there helping us stay on schedule. Cassidy had a way of checking in with us and giving us timeline updates throughout the evening, but in a totally non-intrusive way. Above all, Cassidy is patient beyond belief. She was always calm, cool and collected and ready to address our litany of questions or hear our thoughts. We cannot overstate how good she and her team are at their jobs. When we think back on our wedding weekend, Cassidy and her team are at the forefront of what made it a magical weekend for us. If you have an inkling of anxiety that you might need someone to help you on your big day, HIRE HER! I decided that I needed a wedding coordinator a few months before my wedding because I couldn't bear the thought of (1) not being in control and (2) getting mad at my soon-to-be-husband for trying to coordinate when he has never once planned an event in his life. Cassidy is organized, helpful, and low-key (in the best way). She worked with my budget (very reasonable!), and once we determined my needs and wants, she shared a Google Drive folder like I couldn't believe. It included a budgeting spreadsheet, a to-do list based on the time left before your big day (she customizes this for YOU), and my favorite: a document with all vendor information as well as the schedule of events (it includes so much more, but I don't want to give it all away lol). Aside from the amazing Google Drive goodies, I was thankful for Cassidy's frequent reminders to not procrastinate -- I am terrible when it comes to planning things in my personal life, and she lovingly (and professionally) did not let me do this...and believe me, I tried. It's also helpful to note that Cassidy was there for my husband and me for two events: our secret elopement and our big wedding event. As someone who also got married in the pandemic, Cassidy was able to empathize and talk me through some of the harder parts of these events and even gave helpful tips/solutions when dealing with challenging moments. ELOPEMENT HIGHLIGHTS: - She got ordained so that she could officiate our elopement! - She gave us an excellent recommendation for where to obtain our marriage license (no wait at all!) - She camped out at our elopement site and was ready to "fight" another couple who tried to steal it from us (she's a great negotiator lol) - My husband and I didn't care to decorate for the elopement, but she brought candles and decorative crates anyway WEDDING DAY HIGHLIGHTS: - She organized and guided our wedding rehearsal which is helpful for anyone who has never been in a wedding before (including the bride and groom); my bridesmaids who have been in 3+ weddings said she was the most professional and experienced coordinator they had seen - She arrived early to the venue with her team, brought me Philz Coffee (seriously, Cassidy's the best), and worked quickly to set up everything - She checked in with me, the maid of honor, and best woman a few times throughout the morning/early afternoon to ensure we were on schedule - Throughout the evening (reception), she would check in with the groom and me to remind us of the small activities (cake cutting, tossing bouquet, speeches, etc.) and see what we wanted to do (or skip). She did this in the most non-intrusive way ever, and it was great. - Cassidy and her team worked with all my vendors behind the scenes and the day went as smoothly as it could because of her. - She also packed up all of our decor and put it away for us in the hotel MOST MEMORABLE HIGHLIGHT: This is hard for me to write about, but of all the things I was thankful for, Cassidy provided a questionnaire that asked about any challenging family dynamics that she (and possibly other vendors) might need to be aware of. While I wasn't too worried about family drama, I let her know about some tensions that made me uneasy, and she stored that knowledge away. Day of my wedding: my dad and brother were almost 30 minutes late. My bridal party and I were running late as it was, but as we lined up for the processional, she told me as gently as possible (after calling them a few times and checking in with my dad's brother)...but I still broke down. They showed up shortly after and Cassidy showed them to their seats, but she calmed me down. She gave me all the tissue in the world (and I think some for my maid of honor to hold on to), told my groom and I that we could take as much time as we needed before the ceremony, and reminded us that it was our event. Our day. She asked if we wanted to walk down the aisle together (instead of me by myself). We both loved that idea, and now when I look back, I wouldn't change it for anything. In the weeks before the wedding, while my partner and I were scrambling to make sure we had all of our logistics in order, she organized everything that needed to be done in a way that was easy to manage and coordinate, and it helped bring down our stress levels a lot. We could easily see that we were working with a master in this field, and her vast knowledge and experience in wedding planning was so helpful in guiding us making decisions throughout this entire process. She also made it so easy for us to communicate with her at any time with any questions we had, and she always responded quickly. On the day of the wedding, seeing Falon in action was an awe to behold. She took on the organization and setup of all the wedding decor, made sure that all the other vendors arrived on time and had everything they needed, and expertly managed the timeline of the day, making adjustments where needed to ensure we were never too off-track.
