Planing a New Year's Eve wedding with balloon drop and champagne towers isn't easy. She definitely handled the stress of it, went above and beyond to deliver the most beautiful wedding ! I'll never forget walking into the reception room and loosing my breath. It was gorgeous, perfect , and unforgettable! When it comes to vendors, many questions come up during wedding planning, and I could count on Paola to give us the best advice and opinion. She also can handle all situations and builds great relationship with them. At the end, she wants you to make final decisions based on your own style and wants, and helps you bring it all together for a beautiful and seamless event. We could also trust her design instincts when we didn't trust our own, and she helped us reduce costs where we wanted to!     I appreciated the simplicity of the process and at the end they went above and beyond. I will definitely be back! Paola and her team are incredible! I had seen the amazing job they did at a friend's daughter's 2nd birthday and with all the social distancing guidelines I still wanted to do something special outside for Halloween for our group of kids and families. They truly made it spectacular. I also didn't have a ton of time to pull this off so their responsiveness, creativity, quality and bespoke suggestions were so appreciated! She responded very quickly and we were able to communicate easily over the next week putting it all together over mostly text and email.

    We hired Paola and her team at Say I Do to Details to run our big day for us, and we can't stop raving at how PERFECT the day actually was. Not a thing was forgotten, any little issue was resolved instantly, AND on top of that, Paola and her team re-purposed our arch flowers for beautiful additional decor inside the ballroom and which to me, was just above and beyond.     My husband and I met Paola while attending an open house night at our wedding venue. Our first impression of her was that she was friendly, organized and very professional... boy did she live up to this and then some! We hired her as our day-of coordinator since we were on a budget and planning in only four short months. She did so much more than just the day-of coordinating. We received a wealth of information from her in timelines and checklists for the entire month leading up to our big day, as well as frequent reminders via email which greatly helped in keeping me on track. At the start of our wedding day, Paula and her assistant, Sandra did a great job of setting up our multiple signs, guest book, cake stand, dining tables, floral arrangements and many candles. They received and kept track of all wedding presents as guests arrived. In the middle of this detailed setup, she even noticed that the cake needed a finishing touch and she knew just how to fix what had been overseen. The result was stunning. Paola also had a way of allaying my worries the day of the wedding. Her updates on my timeline came at perfect intervals so I didn't feel overwhelmed but was also very aware of the schedule. This was very comforting. I was able to focus on just being a bride and soaking in each moment of the day. Of course, having always heard of friends' wedding glitches, I wondered which hiccups would become part of my wedding story. But Paola and Sandra were so thorough, focused and organized that every aspect of the evening ran smoothly. They were great at communicating with our other vendors: the wedding officiant, DJ, cake delivery, caterers, photographer, videographer and venue manager/staff. The feedback from our guests has been incredible. Some of them have even said it was like something out of a movie, a perfectly executed production. Needless to say, we highly recommend Paola, Sandra, and Say I Do To Details!

    We got engaged a little over a year ago with not realizing the complexity of organizing our wedding. We thought we could manage everything on our own (ha, silly us) but soon realized we needed help and guidance from an experienced planner for our destination wedding. We knew we were in good hands when we contacted Paola and her team! Our wedding turned out exactly like we had hoped it would, and it was all thanks to the incredible work of Paola, Sandra, and the team at Say I Do to Details. The deeper we got into planning our wedding in Cancun, the more questions and roadblocks we came across, but Paola helped navigate us through all the craziness. She and Sandra knew all the right questions to ask and were assertive with the resort and vendors when we needed things done. They were able to move our wedding start time to accommodate exceptional sunset wedding photos without any issues! Talk about going above and beyond. Having them there with us on our big day was a definite must as everything was beautiful and problem free. They were also a blast to hang out with during all the pre-wedding activities. Our families absolutely loved the team. The only issue we had was not finding them as soon as we got engaged!     Paola and her team planned my son's first birthday party. She was very easy to work with and understood our vision for the party perfectly. But Abby nailed it of course, her design sense is unreal. From color palettes and floral choices to the way she tied together modern décor with cultural elements, everything was cohesive and elevated. She has an incredible eye for detail and always found creative, out-of-the-box ways to make our ideas work. The end result was a wedding that felt truly felt like us! Communication: Throughout the entire process, Abby and her team were consistently on top of communication. She kept us updated between meetings, sent friendly reminders, and made sure we were always aligned on next steps. Naomi was cool, calm, and collected during our first call, and gave us the faith we needed to know we could do this. We spent many time calling, emailing, texting, and Naomi was always responsive. We purchased the chocolate soufflé package that gave us help for planning a wedding of this size. Naomi helped us so much in finding the right venue, negotiating drinks, food, and other vendors, I really have no idea how we would have had our wedding and stayed IN BUDGET without her! During the day of, Naomi brought in 4-5 people on her team to help accommodate our venue and guest count. She helped us plan the perfect day which ranged from a morning tea ceremony, wedding ceremony, reception, and the in n out truck for a late night bite for our guests. We had such a special time, and Naomi and team ensured we ate and drank everything at the wedding (thank goodness, because we would not have remembered!)
