The work was done in mid-October -- Statement came dated December 31 -- and it arrived in mail early January -- and was marked Past Due. I had to call them to come back early November for a switch that fell off (that switch had been fine before they came in October) and I was charged a second service fee. They reduced a portion of it after I complained but people shouldn't have had to complain. It should have been right the first time. What about all those people who don't complain. I will definitely never hire them again.

He told me that we didn't need a new thermostat, but the installers would know more and would install one if necessary. Our install went great, but a few days later we noticed large pools around the unit and called Tom just to be sure it was normal (new homeowners). He seemed concerned and said it is not normal and he'd look into it right away. I had to call HIM back after waiting almost a week to hear back. His response was, "oh that's perfectly normal." Not sure what changed, but would've been nice to know instead of worrying. Fast forward to the first day we turned on our heat. Every time the heat kicked on, the AC unit also turned on. I'm no expert, but I knew that wasn't normal. So we called and made an appointment for someone to come look at it, because again, they seemed concerned. When they called to confirm my appointment, the lady on the phone said that we didn't need our appointment, we just need to turn our tan off of auto. Well, it kept happening, so I called AGAIN to make a NEW appointment. The guy who came out was very polite. They thought someone who installed made an error in electrical. After searching, he decided it needed a new thermostat. Surprise, they only have one style available and it's $250. Then he tells me I owe an $80 service call fee. I don't expect everything for free. However, no one ever said we were having connection issues with the thermostat at the install, and they thought they made an error in the install, so I was not expecting to have to pay that. If my mechanic thought he made an error on my car; he wouldn't charge me another diagnostic fee. So I called and just explained my thoughts behind this all, and Tom heard me out, but wasn't very helpful. He said he would talk to a manager and get back to me on how to resolve this. I have yet to hear back and it has now been two months. Great field employees but horrible customer service in the office.

Been a Landmark customer for 12 years. One day I smelled gas near their LP tank that sits on our…read morelot. I called and they came out and fixed it, but by then a lot of gas was lost. (The technician they sent was very good.) We had the tank filled to a certain level recently, so it was easy for me to estimate the amount that was lost. But it was a struggle dealing with Craig, the manager. He offered to replace a much lower amount, and said that it was more than fair. I disagreed and told him how I came up with the amount that was lost. Craig wouldn't budge, and refused to let me talk to someone else. This one star review is for cheating us out of the gas that was lost because of their faulty equipment, and for being so hard to deal with.

Both went off within seconds of each other just after I turned up the furnace in the morning. Bethke sends a tech out, I need to wait there and miss work, so that's not helping. Guy gets there, immediately makes up his mind that my detectors are faulty because they are old. Does a simple check for CO at the heat exchanger exhaust and the outlet into the ducts and comes up with a low CO reading. 20 mintues later, I'm $240 lighter with no real answer as to what happened. I checked my CO detectors later and they were working. So... I paid $240 for a half-assed, incomplete diagnostic by a monkey with a 5-gas analyzer. If I did that as an auto mechanic, I would be through. Do yourself a favor and call another company.

We called a couple of places around and they told us we were out of luck for a few days, but Bethke's dispatch team was really accommodating and had a tech, Mike, at our house within less than two hours. Mike was extremely knowledgeable about the issue at hand and was able to fix it quickly. He also explained to me everything that he did, and I feel confident that I could do it myself now if it came down to it. He also gave me some helpful reminders about maintenance. I thought we were going to pay an arm and a leg, but the bill was the best part. Incredibly reasonable prices for lightning fast and thorough service. I would call these guys again in a heartbeat, and I think you should too.

This, combined with the quality of work that we ended up with have resulted in our highest recommendation. Nathanial found and corrected so many issues that the previous installer (who was either not an electrician or a terrible one) had made. He made sure our house was safe and took the time to show and explain to us clearly any issues that arose. Nathanial is the best and you can tell how much he cares about his work. I think our house had one of the worst electrical situations possible, and I think it would be rare to find other electricians in the state who could have handled the job as expertly as Nathanial and Scott did. I called All Comfort Services today and they were able to send Monte A. on the same day. He's the man! All he had to do was be in the house and his aura was enough to bring that dead unit back to life! (Seriously!) He said he just checked the outside unit and it seemed to be blowing hot air indicating it was working. Honestly it wasn't working when I checked it the evening before - my aura must be old & tarnished. Like me. Good thing Monte's isn't. Just the trip charge - worth it. I've made a service appointment to get the oil changed and tires rotated on the furnaces and air conditioning unit and I'm certain whomever they send will bring the aura, too. We are comfortable once again.

They determined that the light sensor was defective and that the fixture needed to be replaced. If we bought new fixtures, All Comfort Services would be happy to install them. Devon and Caleb were personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. We were happy with their service.
