AM has either no idea what they are doing, or they trying to generate more revenue; either way it's unethical. They basically blamed our usual company for the problem, which they said was a Dx coil that was too small and a system that had been overcharged as in coolant! He he (owner) asked me what a Dx coil is? Really? He was very hostile, denied even being there (like my hubby doesn't know who he called!) All I wanted to do was inform him, instead of complaining, however he apparently would prefer the latter!) Additionally he became irate when I refused to give him our company name! I don't need them being harassed and retaliated against! First, our original company didn't even replace the coil and it wasn't "too small" and it would cost over $5,000 to "fix" reputable companies say repair NOT fix! It was in fact factory recommended coil after my company researched! The only thing that was wrong is the coil was filthy, hence the reason it wasn't running! AM makes everyone else in this trade look horrible! I wanted to see how the owner reacted, I didn't want to make a complaint! However, he was unprofessional, rude, called me a liar, disrespectful, and extremely hostile! Frank should not be in business! They were given ample opportunity to correct their problem, and they chose the opposite! Their next client may not be as pleasant and forgiving! Please look for a more reputable company! They deserve minus 10 stars. And to say it will cost over $5,000 to repair and non-existent problem is outrageous!

We had them come out last week to install two ceiling fixtures and run electrical to both. We were quoted 2 hours and notified that their pricing had increased to a $250 flat fee for the first hour (previously $160), then $160 per hour thereafter. Pricier than before, but we decided to move forward since we were told it should only take two hours. It ended up taking 3 hours and 15 minutes, and we were charged a full 4 hours. When we got our bill, it was much higher than expected and lacked a cost breakdown, so we called to clarify. It was then that we learned the price per hour after the first hour was actually $195, and we didn't have anything in writing for the original quote, so we couldn't push back. Our bill was adjusted down by about $200 due to administrative errors, but overall we spent twice as much as we expected to pay. I understand that prices increase, especially in today's economy, but between such a price jump ($125 more in just the first two hours of service) and being misquoted for how long it would take, we unfortunately will not be moving forward with Flowers Electric.

We had him install several ceiling fans and a set of pendant lights in a new build in the 80108 and it all went super well. Scott's prices were exceptionally reasonable for the work performed and I really appreciated the progress photos and project updates. I also appreciate his support in checking out and repairing one of the pendants that went a bit wonky after installation.
