The enormous gap between the advertised price and the price I was actually quoted created a deceptive and misleading customer experience. For a company built around wellness, relaxation, and self-care, the pricing experience felt surprisingly stressful. Customers should know what they're likely to pay before investing time in scheduling an appointment. Because I felt the pricing practices were misleading, I submitted a complaint to the FTC for review.
